Everything was packed really well, so everything arrived in perfect condition. The prices were really good, much cheaper than other places - even cheaper than Amazon. I recently bought a pair of patent leather school shoes from this brand, expecting them to be as durable as they used to be. But to my disappointment, within a week of my child wearing them, the toes had already worn through. My child isn't rough with her shoes, so this really wasn't acceptable. I've tried other brands like SCHUH before, and they lasted much longer and were cheaper too. I used to always trust this brand for school shoes, but it seems like their quality has really gone downhill.

I've always loved those grey boots I used to have, and when I saw them on sale on this website, I just had to snap them up! I placed my order on the 2nd of September, and they arrived today. I recently sorted out a ski holiday deal which included ski passes, ski gear hire, and a decent 23kg baggage allowance, and my overall experience with this company was pretty good. Having everything bundled together in one go made the booking process super easy and simple. But, I found it a bit annoying that there wasn't much leeway when it came to checking in once I reached my place. I'd had a long journey to Luton airport, then had to endure a lengthy transfer to the apartment, only to discover that the reception was shut until late afternoon. That meant I had to hang around for hours before I could check-in, which was a bit of a pain. It definitely took the gloss off an otherwise fun experience.

I ordered something from Carethy back in February 2024 for 31,79€ and they said it would arrive by 6th March. But it didn't show up. I emailed them to ask what was going on, and they told me the Vitamin C supplement I wanted was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said they'd sort it out quickly. Despite me sending more emails asking for updates, all I got was the same apology and promise to wait for the refund. It's now 6th June and still nothing. I've now involved the Police and I'm hoping for some justice.

I recently bought this big eyeshadow palette from this brand, and I have to say I was really let down by the quality. The eyeshadows just wouldn't stick to the brush properly, so putting them on my eyelids evenly was a bit tricky. When I tried to return the palette because of this problem, I was really disappointed by the customer service I received. There was no option for me to call and speak to someone, and I didn't get a full refund or even a credit to try something else from the company. On top of that, I was asked to agree to some terms that basically meant the company could just delete or not show my review, which made me doubt the reliability of any of the reviews I had seen online.

Drivers are lovely, but the coal they deliver is always wet because they just leave it outside. What's the point of receiving 24 bags of soggy coal? Please, just cover them with a tarp! My partner went for two interviews at Clarks Village in Somerset. They said she pretty much got the job, but then she didn't hear anything back, even after calling twice. However, when she used my phone, she got through straight away, only to be told the position had already been filled. It's not right to treat job seekers poorly, especially when they have bills to pay. Just a simple phone call would have been the decent thing to do, but they couldn't even manage that. I would suggest avoiding this company if you can.

I recently ordered something from this company, and it turns out they got the price wrong on their website. At first, I was really looking forward to getting my order after they told me it had been dispatched. But then they went and cancelled it, blaming some technical issue with the pricing.
I tried to talk to them about it, explaining that once they confirm an order, they should stick to it. Instead of sorting things out, they spent ages arguing with me about contracts and their own terms and conditions. They even claimed the contract only counts when the item is dispatched. Despite showing them the dispatch confirmation, they still refused to stick to the deal we had.
Honestly, I was not happy with how they handled the situation. Normally, the law is on the consumer's side in cases like this, but Bargain Max seemed to have conveniently forgotten that. My shoes got sent back because of some pesky customs charges. The company was well aware that the package was in Spain, but they were unwilling to foot the bill, even though I offered to pay. Now my beloved shoes are stuck in customs for what feels like an eternity before they reach me. Such a selfish move by the company! Then takes just as long to send the items from China! Be warned, I won't buy again don't be fooled by the cheap prices...
Ordered 16 items, 12 were excellent but 4 wrong size and returned. Shein system shows they have received them on 26the June and quality checked my return on 2nd July but still waiting for refund. Starting to have doubts about them now.

Not sure what's happening to other people, but so far my orders, got within 5 to 10 days. Quality been ok, just couple pieces received so far are too small, some fabric on couple pair leggings bit thin, so using as jammy bottoms lol, ???? @£4.00 each not worth sending back. But must say only thing don't like is their return system. Only one free return ever. So wait till all orders arrived, then return batch lot. Personally thing should be one free return per order number. Puts me off buying now, stopped buying from other companies for same reason, no free returns. Don't see why customers should pay this if companies want us to buy from them. I am size 14 UK been ordering large, only small issue is tops need a bit more bust room, otherwise quality been acceptable, and have fitted ok. But skirts hit n miss, one can not even zip up, other just about, so I try buying only elasticated waistband, same on trouser, dresses stick with elasticated waistband or size up and then piece too long in length. Which might do as have sewing machine so might just adjust length to get fitting.

According to the Companies House website this company creased trading in January 2020
I have been advised by companies House that although Zest Beauty Ltd was dissolved in January they can still call themselves Zest Beauty as long as they don't add Ltd to the name. Next step MasterCard, police action fraud, Nottingham trading standards and the web host as it's just not right to advertise and take payment for goods that are never delivered

This website is a joke. Never got the package. The product did not exist in their warehouse but was still on the website. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted them and thats when they informed me that they did not have the product. Otherwise they would have never send it nor said anything!! UNREAL. They offered another product instead by email rather than a refund which I accepted because I'm flexible but that was so unprofessional. YET this is not over, once I said yes to the new product I never heard from them again and didnt reply to my emails. I will be taking action without a doubt and if I dont receive my products I will make sure to spread this story everywhere.
Your review is exactly what happened to me , except i demanded a refund . Absolute joke. Steer clear of this fraudulent company .
Same thing happened to me, order some elemis eye cream on 28th April 2020, received confirmation email and thats it, nothing since, i have sent an email chasing, there is no confirmation of dispatch or tracking available, so searched on google reviews for Zest Beauty and low and behold this company have been scamming for months, I can’t believe they are still trading ???? ????????
Same thing happened to me, ordered on April 20th, waited ages when I contacted them the order wasn't even sent, the said they'd put it to priority order, several emails later still waiting, it takes them days to answer a email, I don't think I am ever going to get my order, can't afford to be throwing money away, surely there is a law about this sort of thing. Never buying from them again.
Same happened to me aswell. Ordered a product. Showed as processing for nearly 2weeks.i emailed them and they said they were having issues with stock. 2 weeks later still nothing so I cancelled the order and asked where the refund was and said I would report them. And by some miracle I got my refund. I have genuine concerns about this company as something isn’t right and people have the same story again and again

This is a scam company. I ordered over a week ago and still no order what can people do about this company and can't they be stopped!!
I just found info online the company is dormant. So i guess we won’t get our money or products. I made a dispute at my bank today.
Please join us in reporting this company to the police at actionfraud I would send the link but it’s not possible on here. Meanwhile your credit card company should issue you with a refund, give them a call ????
According to the Companies House website this company ceased trading in January 2020 I placed a small order several weeks ago which did not arrive. Although the amount is too small for a section 75 credit card claim I will still inform my credit card company about this as well as contacting action fraud and trading standards. I cannot understand how a dissolved company still have an active website and continue to take orders with payment. Surely a fraudulent scam?

Next step MasterCard, police action fraud, Nottingham trading standards and the web host as it's just not right to advertise and take payment for goods that are never delivered

LottoGo took a total of £131 from my PayPal account. They claim it was an on going subscription but I never have permission for this much money to be take out. I am very sad. How do I get a refund??!!!
Same here have no idea how they accessed my pay pal account took .98p then £5 the £14 then another £14 . PayPal declined the appeal so somehow they have tricked me . I did get a response from them through Trustpilot but that seems to have drawn to a close

Guys I think that you've unknowingly authorised the weekly subscription, or some sort of subscription, click on the top right corner where there is a little human shaped figure and go to manage subscriptions.

Paid a quid for some numbers for one game, immediately saw the £14 subscription and cancelled, they kept the quid and told me any winnings I would get from that game will not be put in my account, complete scam despite what it says online.
Complete scam artists money robbing ba####ds i initially authorised £2 to be taken from my account found out then theyve taken £14 every 7 days to the tune of £98 appealed to pay pal and lost as they said i authorised the first £2 yes i did but not then £14 every 7 days so in my opion pay pal are just as bad
These scum somehow managed to get into my account details and were deducting £6.00 weekly and it went on for months. When i finally discovered this i complained bitterly and was refunded some money but it was not the full amount that i had lost. These are out and out scammers and need to be ousted from the internet.
