Competitive pricing
I thought the prices were pretty good, so I chose to go with them. But, I was a bit let down when they lowered the price after looking at my 5-year-old phone because of the battery health. It would have been nice if they had checked the condition in the beginning. Even so, they replied to my emails promptly and we managed to agree on a price that I was happy with, as my phone had been well looked after and was in excellent condition. I might use them again in the future.
Selling my device for cash
At first, I wasn't sure about selling my device to a company I didn't know, but they really exceeded my expectations. I was so pleased with how they kept me in the loop the whole time. It really made me feel relaxed. The payment was spot on, just like they said, and it was in my bank within a week of sending off my device. All in all, I was seriously impressed with how professional and quick the service was.
iPhone 8s plus sale transaction
I recently sold my iPhone 8s plus to this company after we agreed on a price through their website. I followed their instructions to print the postage label and sent the phone off without any problems. The phone had a bit of damage, so the company adjusted the price accordingly. I suggested a different price, and they agreed without any fuss. Everything went well, and I got the money in my account quickly. Overall, I'm happy with the service and would definitely sell another phone to this company in the future.
SIM only phone purchase, great condition, good price
I've just recently decided to switch to a SIM-only plan to save some cash and also do my bit for the environment. I discovered the ideal phone on the I Need A Mobile website, in amazing condition and at a brilliant price. The ordering process was so easy and my phone turned up in no time at all. I'm now happily reaping the rewards of saving money and being more eco-friendly. I definitely suggest giving them a go if you're thinking about making the same kind of change.
Smartphone
I bought a new smartphone from your store not too long ago and I must say, it was a pretty decent experience. The instructions were easy to follow and the payment process was quick and efficient, so thanks for that. Just one little thing though, I was a tad let down that there wasn't a bag with a label included in the package. It would have been handy for keeping things organised and easy to identify.
Sale of two phones
Sent two high spec phones to be sold based on value they offered online. They quickly came back advising offers given significantly reduced due to non specific case expansion that "could" indicate battery damage. Phones were in as new condition when sent with photos and video taken of condition. Feel this may reflect a dishonest way of doing business and would not recommend.
galaxy s9 plus
Very poor service. Had an issiue with galaxy s9plus. Went to samsung store and they said phone has been fixed with non genuine parts (from china). Make it hard to get a refund and fix any problems. Stay away and purchase elsewhere. As the phone wont last long. Customer service team aint been very helpful(some are, most aint), had a rude attitude in fact. Nothing positive to say

I wasn't much into refurbished phones because just like other people, I have a set of mind with these kind of phones, thought they will be typical ' second-hand' phones, used could be directly implying of looking bad, not very well working and all.
All mindset go blank when I explored some of refurbished products offered by I need a mobile, especially of those phones whom I am looking forward to.
They are quite known in the market, I got a new phone, not much costly but still one of the best phones out there in last 2 years, with again great reselling value.
It is almost new, sometime nobody can tell the difference.
so I recommend atleast try once, don't judge
