I was really happy with the quick and helpful customer service I got from Maisie. She was great at sorting out my concerns without any long waits, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and knowledge made my whole experience with the company really positive.
Failed file recovery
Unfortunately, they couldn't recover my file. The support team really did their best to assist me. Luckily, in the end, I got refunded as they promised. Fantastic service!
