    Late delivery, poor communication

    I'm really let down by the service I've had from this company. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting them a few times, but they haven't given me a straight answer on when my order will actually be sent out. It's not on to leave customers hanging like this with no info or fixes. And now they're saying they can't even cancel my order because of some warehouse problem - it's crazy! I've got the returns label ready to go, but where's my actual order? This whole thing is just a joke, honestly. I'd strongly recommend that other people don't bother wasting their time shopping here.

    Cheap present delivery

    I bought a gift from an online store because they had the best price. However, I was really let down by the delivery service. The item arrived 10 days later than it was supposed to, causing me inconvenience as I had already bought the same thing from somewhere else. Trying to cancel the order was a nightmare as there wasn't an easy way to do it. On top of that, when I wanted to return the item because of the delay, I had to pay £8 for the return delivery, which didn't seem fair since it wasn't my fault. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend this store to others because although they might have lower prices, they struggle with delivering on time and looking after their customers properly.

    Cool stuff

    Well, I bought some great things from this shop but then things didn't go smoothly. I requested evidence of a refund because I wanted to double-check everything was sorted correctly. But unexpectedly, they blocked my account! Can you believe it? So now, I have to escalate this and resolve the issue. It would have been much better if they just gave us the refund as they were supposed to, rather than creating all this unnecessary drama.

    I bought a gift for my daughter from this website, thinking it was in stock. I waited and checked my order every day, only to get an email later saying the item was never available. It was really frustrating and disappointing, especially since it was nearly Christmas and I couldn't find it anywhere else. They shouldn't have said it was in stock when it wasn't. They let me cancel the whole order, but then sent the other items out unexpectedly two days later. It was confusing and they didn't communicate well, which made me feel really unsatisfied with the whole thing. I wouldn't advise using this website again.

    Late Christmas order

    As a returning customer, I've had good experiences before, but this year was just terrible. I ordered some Christmas presents in late November, and part of my order didn't get sent out until mid-December. I tried to contact them about the missing items, which were Christmas-themed t-shirts, but they only had online chat (which was rarely available) or email - no phone number. What should have been a quick chat turned into a long wait as I tried to sort out my order. By the time it was fixed, Christmas had already passed. I had to make a complaint through PayPal to finally get the rest of my order, and it arrived on New Year's Eve - a week late. The service was terrible, and I won't be shopping with them again. I suggest others go elsewhere because of the poor customer service.

    I bought something from this shop recently, but I've had a bit of trouble with it being sent out. I made the order at the end of November, but I've only just got an email saying that it hasn't been dispatched yet.     I recently bought something from an online company and I was really let down. The stuff came all the way from the UK to the US but the packaging was a total mess. There wasn't much protection in the box and the box itself was really flimsy. It's surprising that everything inside didn't get completely wrecked during the delivery. A few things did get damaged, and when I got in touch with them, they at first said they'd give me some money back. But when it came down to it, they changed their minds and only wanted to refund the delivery cost, conveniently forgetting what we had agreed on before. The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'd suggest that others avoid this company.

    I had an awful time with this company. The customer service was so rude and unhelpful, I just felt like they weren't taking me seriously at all.     I bought a top and it took a whole month for them to even send it out to me. When it eventually arrived, it didn't fit so I had to pay to send it back. The Royal Mail tracking confirmed that the return was received, but still no word from the company. I had to be proactive and reach out through the online chat, and they promptly gave me a refund. It felt like they were pushing their luck.

    NBA basketball hoop purchase for son's birthday gift

    I ordered a Christmas gift here that's been delayed since the 22nd of December 2021. I've tried contacting them through their website several times, but all I get is the same excuse. They keep saying the order is ready for delivery, but it's been like that since January 1st 2022. I even asked for a refund, but they refused because they claim the order is ready for delivery.     Christmas gifts order

    I recently bought some Christmas gifts from this place, and honestly, it was a complete disaster. For some strange reason, only part of my order arrived on time, while the other part was suddenly marked as out of stock. I attempted to contact them five separate times in order to either cancel or change the unavailable item, but each time they responded with, "Sorry, it's already on its way, nothing we can do." Can you believe it? As if that wasn't bad enough, they even had the audacity to send me return forms for the item that I never received in the first place. How on earth am I supposed to return something that was never delivered to me? My order is still stuck in "processing" status, leaving me powerless to take any action. Now I'm left with subpar gifts for my family this Christmas, all thanks to this place. I strongly advise against shopping here, it's a complete nightmare!
