On top of that, they said they'd send me a physical copy of my results in the post within 21 days, but I didn't get them until I got in touch after 5 weeks had gone by.

Needless to say, I left and got my travel money from somewhere else.

Experience with bees in walls
Unfortunately, when we got to the property, we found bees living in the walls. It was quite upsetting, but the owner tried their best to find us somewhere else to stay. Eventually, we had to stay in a hotel instead. We spent almost a week talking to the owner to get a refund for our disrupted trip. We made loads of phone calls, and eventually, they said they would give us a refund. However, when the refund came, it was only partial, and they didn't explain why the rest wasn't included. The owner even mentioned that this hadn't happened with other rental companies, but I think it's pretty common in the industry. Because of this, I won't be using this platform again, and I'm still waiting for the full refund. Visa is now dealing with this issue. My overall experience with VRBO has been disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend their services.

They were so unhelpful and downright sneaky, it was just shocking.
