Oh my gosh, I've just bought the most amazing things from this place! The service was absolutely fantastic and the products I got were really great! They arrived super quickly too, which was brilliant. I'm so pleased with my purchase and I can't wait to buy more things from them in the future!
False promises on next day delivery
Normally, Jacamo is pretty good with their service, but this time they really messed up. I chose next day delivery, but it's been more than a week now and my order hasn't showed up. I've emailed them three times asking for a refund, but still no reply.
sketcher amongst others
4 orders in August, 3 were delayed, of those 3, 2 were not what I ordered, after sending back the first pair of Sketchers, they assured me the replacement would be the right ones. Well guess what, they were wrong again. then I took a week to get them sent back, why do you ask it took a week? because hermes.
Hermes are hands down useless
My last order (no.4 for those counting) was "out for delivery" Saturday, by Friday they still hadn't delivered the order.
Jacamo have a blanket response of "we'll investigate, give us 48 hours"...well i've had that line 3 times from the same investigation...as of now, I am still waiting for the investigation to conclude and get a refund.
I wont order again until the dump Hermesits cool
Fashionable, affordable and hassle-free that's how i define Jacammo. They have the best range and amaizng quality that i can ever ask for. i bought almost everything from here as i am big shopholic. i can guarantee that they will never disappoint!
