Warm water bottle
I needed a water flask to keep my water warm. Anytime I go for my workout I feel cold despite the sweater I wear. I have bought a water warmer before now doesn't keep my water warm. I found out I could get a quality and functional portable-sized water flask from Jack Wolfskin. I checked through their catalog and found another cold-weather protector they sold. I ordered some footwear and a warm water bottle. It was sold at a very affordable rate. I got my orders and was quite satisfactory. I feel more warmth when I go for my workout with my functional water flask and footwear that keeps my feet warm.
New shoes purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying from this shop at first because of some reviews I saw, but I have to say, my experience was really good. The new shoes I ordered came quickly, in just a few days, and they were well-packed with a Returns label too. But honestly, I don't plan on sending them back because they are fantastic. I wore them out for a walk and they felt comfy straight away. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest this shop to others.
Outdoor coat
I popped into the store at Cheshire Oaks the other day to look for an outdoor coat. Unfortunately, the one I wanted wasn't there anymore. But, luckily, Kyle and Tom went above and beyond to help me out. Kyle actually checked the warehouse and found one in my size. Then, Tom made the effort to bring it to the shop for me. Their dedication to making sure I got what I wanted was really great. I'm so thankful for their hard work and for making my shopping trip so positive.
Outdoor jacket
I bought a jacket from this company recently, expecting it to be good quality. But I was really let down by the terrible customer service I got. I was on holiday and couldn't send the jacket back within the 14-day period. Even though I explained my situation, they just said no to my return request. It's really disappointing how inflexible and unsympathetic they were. So, I won't be buying from them again.
Terrible delivery experience
I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received from this company. I placed an order a month ago, expecting my package to be delivered promptly within a week. However, not only did I not receive it within the expected timeframe, but I was also told that delivery attempts were made when I was at home all day, which is simply not true. It's absolutely ridiculous how they handle these situations.
Three items ordered on the 3rd of April
It's really disappointing to hear that the delivery time wasn't met as it was advertised on the website. Customers need accurate information to make sure they're making the right decisions when they place their orders. It's worrying to know that the items are stuck in customs even though they were supposed to be delivered within 5-7 working days. As a customer, it's frustrating not to get the items when expected, especially when there's no heads up or explanation given.
Faulty waterproof boots
I recently bought a pair of boots that were meant to be waterproof, but unfortunately, they leaked quite badly. I was really let down by the product because they were supposed to keep my feet dry. However, when I got in touch with customer service, they told me about the 2-year warranty that comes with their products. So, I returned the boots and got a credit from the retailer.
Order placed on 23rd December
I ordered my things just before Christmas but I still haven't heard anything about them being sent out. I've sent them two emails, but they haven't bothered to reply. It's really frustrating!
Faulty jacket
I bought a jacket from this company not long ago, and like a lot of people, I had a bad experience with it. The seam on the jacket split after just a month, but getting hold of the company to sort it out has been a nightmare. It looks like the guarantee they talk about is useless, and they don't want to take responsibility for their products. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by the way this brand has handled things. I definitely won't be shopping with them again. It's disappointing to see a company with so much promise end up like this.
Rain jacket
They didn't do that! They actually asked me to close my dispute with Paypal first before they would give me a refund. But Paypal advised me against it, saying it couldn't be reopened if I did. After some discussion, they eventually agreed to refund me without me having to close the dispute. Lesson learned.
Outdoor jacket
I recently bought an outdoor jacket online and it's been a real pain. I ordered it early because I needed it for a hiking trip, but even though I got messages saying it was sent, I still don't know where it is. The lack of clear updates has really stressed me out as I have no clue when it will arrive or where it is. The mixed messages from customer service and the delivery company are just making things worse.
Recent order mishap
I recently bought some stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I ordered three things, spent a lot of money, and then had to wait ages for my order to turn up. They didn't even have a way to track the order, which just made it all the more frustrating. After I finally got in touch to ask where my stuff was, the items magically appeared just three days later. But the incompetence didn't stop there. I decided to send back the most expensive item, but to my surprise, I never got a refund for it. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they got my return but somehow messed up and logged it as the cheapest item instead. Sure, I got my money back for that cheap thing, but they still owe me more than £100 for the item I actually sent back. And now, they've conveniently gone silent on my emails. It's either a total mess or a dodgy attempt at fraud on their part. I definitely won't be using them again in the future.
Delayed shipment, returned item, no refund
I bought something from this company in early January and it got sent two weeks later than promised. Unfortunately, I had to buy the same thing from somewhere else because I needed it urgently. I sent the item back as soon as I got it, and it's been two weeks since it reached their warehouse. I've tried getting in touch with them several times, but they haven't given me a refund or responded at all.
Shorts and toiletry bag
I've spent loads of money with this company in the past, but they really let me down this time! I needed my stuff for my holiday, but they just didn't seem to care at all. I sent them friendly emails asking for help, but all they said was they couldn't do anything about it. It's a total joke! I even gave them a call, but they were still no help. So, I ended up finding the same items on Amazon and decided to order them from there instead. Now I'm ready to get my money back from this terrible company!
Atmos 20 backpack
I got myself an Atmos 20 backpack on the 4th of March. I had to wait for a couple of weeks, and then a few more weeks passed by without any sign of my order arriving. So, I decided to get in touch with the online Customer Support team based in the UK to see what was going on. The customer service experience was really terrible. They asked me to complete more paperwork for an item that hadn't even reached me yet. All I really wanted was the backpack I had ordered, but instead, they told me I needed to place a new order at a higher price since the sale had ended. The way this well-known brand handled their customer service was absolutely disappointing. I've made up my mind, I won't be shopping from them again if this is how they're going to treat their customers.
Waterproof jacket
The waterproof jacket I bought was a total disaster from start to finish. Firstly, the delivery was late, which was already frustrating. When the jacket finally arrived, it was not suitable at all, so I returned it the same day. However, when I tracked the parcel with the courier, it showed that it was delivered three days later. I didn't receive any communication from the company to confirm this, and there was no sign of a refund. I tried emailing them several times, but all I got was an automated response saying they were too busy to deal with my problem. The live chat on their website was useless and didn't work at all. Overall, the whole experience was absolutely terrible, and if they don't get back to me by next week, I'll be reporting them to trading standards. I can safely say that I will never buy anything from them online again. I really wish I had read the other reviews before making my purchase.
