Deep tissue massage
I'm afraid I didn't have a great time with the service, it didn't quite live up to the good reviews I'd seen. The massage wasn't great and it felt like the therapist was new and inexperienced. I wish I hadn't taken a chance on a new therapist through the app, it didn't work out. I won't be using the service again.

Incorrect parts supplied, difficult returns, based in Berlin
I recently bought something from this company and I got sent the wrong parts, which didn't match what was shown on the website. Even when I gave them the right part number, they still didn't get it right. Sending the items back was a hassle, and I had to pay for the postage myself. The website is a bit of a mess as well, with photos and descriptions not lining up for loads of parts.

Black ankle boots
I recently ordered a pair of black ankle boots from a website. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my order, but the team quickly responded and fixed it before sending it out. Poor customer service, creased dress, delayed refund
I bought a dress from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The customer service was rubbish and the dress I got was a right mess. It was all creased up and looked like someone else had already worn it, no tags or nothing. I did everything they said to return it and now it's been ages and I still haven't got my money back. I'm annoyed and just not happy at all with how it's all been dealt with. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

Boots
I bought a pair of boots from this company not too long ago and I was really pleased with how quickly they arrived and how great they looked. I ordered them at lunchtime and they were sent out within an hour, arriving the next day, even with all the Christmas rush. The boots are really lovely and seem to be really well-made. I'm really impressed with the service they provided and I'll definitely be telling my friends about this company. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more in the future.
