Luxury watch purchase
My recent purchase of a luxury watch from Jomashop was a bit of a mixed bag. The ordering process went smoothly and my order arrived on time. However, there was a small issue as one item was not actually in stock, even though it was stated as available. I was impressed with the way Jomashop communicated about this problem and their openness throughout the whole process. Although I had to pay customs duties upfront, Jomashop gave me the invoice needed to get through this step. But, dealing with Swiss customs was a real headache. They asked for more documents to justify my purchase, even though Jomashop had already sent what was required. Overall, it was a bit of hassle, and it might affect my decision to shop with them again in the future.

A mere description of a shop as a one-stop shop tickles my fancy and I would be eager to check out what is in stock in that shop. Usually, a one-stop shop is my favorite place to do my shopping as the experience is also awesome. Also, many benefits come with it including discounts, free delivery, gift cards and more. That was what caught my attention with Jomashop due to sales of a wide range of products. Although I was initially skeptical because not all online shop should be trusted but after my first attempt, I was convinced and I began to do business with them openly and freely and never being disappointed for whatever reasons. All products bought from Jomashop are satisfactorily enjoyed.

I just bought a second-hand watch from Jomashop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The watch I got was exactly as they described on the website, in great condition and it looked like it was brand new. The price was also really good, making it a fantastic deal for a luxury watch. Even though there was a small delay in shipping because of the weekend, the customer service person gave me a clear explanation and was really friendly and helpful. I liked how open and professional they were in dealing with my order. Overall, I would definitely recommend Jomashop to anyone wanting to buy top-quality watches at fair prices.

I had a great time shopping at Jomashop. As soon as I went on their website, I was amazed by the huge range of luxury watches they had. I recently bought a watch strap from Jomashop and my interaction with their customer service was a bit of a rollercoaster. The first guy I spoke to was really nice and gave me great customer service, which I was happy about. But then I got passed on to a lady who was a bit rude and impatient. Luckily, when I called again, I got through to the same helpful guy who remembered me and sorted out my problem brilliantly. Unfortunately, I had to call back as I forgot something, and I was disappointed to have the same unhelpful lady pick up the phone and quickly end the call after giving me just enough assistance.

I recently had a bad experience with Jomashop - they charged me the full shipping fee for an order that never arrived. The customer service team wasn't helpful or polite at all, they refused to refund me or offer any compensation for their mistake. I would strongly recommend avoiding them!

Return policy, shipping cost, customer service
I have to say, as someone who shops at this store, I am really disappointed with their return policy. The cost to return an item is just way too high - it's three times more than what I paid for shipping initially! It's crazy to think that even if you got free shipping when you bought the item, you still have to fork out three times that amount just to send it back. It feels like they're trying to squeeze as much money out of dissatisfied customers as possible. And on top of that, the customer service is really poor when it comes to helping with returns. It's just not right for a company to treat their customers like this.

Oh my goodness, I recently discovered this fantastic store called Jomashop after catching a whiff of an amazing scent in the air! A friend mentioned it was a perfume from there, so I had to order it immediately. The package arrived surprisingly quickly, in under a week, and I am absolutely delighted with it! I will definitely be returning to shop at Jomashop again.
Jdm watch purchase
I must say, the price I got for the Jdm watch was amazing. But I was really let down by the packaging. The watch was just chucked into the box without a second thought. It was bouncing around in there like a fish out of water. I was honestly shocked it didn't get damaged. Can't they at least show some care for the products they sell?
