    Sturdy but lightweight cases

    I recently purchased some tough yet light suitcases. Overall, they're good quality but the larger one had a bit of trouble with the lock. It took me ages trying to open it - about 3 hours - and eventually had to break in. On the other hand, the smallest case works like a charm. Despite the hiccup, I would consider buying them again, it might have been just a one-off problem.

    Historical tour experience

    I just went on this amazing historical tour all about what inner-city life was like in Birmingham from the late 1800s to the 1930s. Jeremy was our guide, and he knew so much about that time – it was really interesting to learn from him. I had a great time and learned a lot, so I definitely suggest it to anyone who wants to learn more about Birmingham's history.

    I bought a size 12 dress online, but they sent me a size 18 instead. When I looked at my order confirmation, it didn't show the size I picked.     I've just ordered some wine from The Bottle Club, but it was a bit of a nightmare. Supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, but ended up taking 13 days because of a bank holiday and a mess-up with the delivery company. When it finally arrived, the wine was smashed. I had to reorder with express delivery, but that didn't happen, so I had to wait another 4 days. The Bottle Club's service was alright, but overall it was a pain with all the delays and messing about with the delivery.

    Ceiling lamp purchase

    I recently bought a ceiling lamp from Archiproducts and it was a brilliant experience. I was really impressed by the product info on their website, so I decided to go ahead with the purchase, even though it said it would take 25 days for shipping. However, I got an email just 2 weeks later saying that the lamp was ready to be sent out. The delivery went smoothly and the lamp arrived in perfect condition. It looked exactly like it did in the pictures, and there were no problems with the international shipping. The only little issue was that the box was a bit damaged, but thankfully, the lamp itself was fine.

    Vax vacuum cleaner

    I bought a vacuum cleaner from Roov on the 5th of May and it still hasn't shown up! I've been eagerly anticipating its arrival but there hasn't been a peep. I even reached out to Roov twice via email but haven't received any response. It's really annoying as I have 2 cats who are always causing a mess, and I was relying on that vacuum cleaner to keep things tidy. I haven't heard anything at all from Roov, and it's really let me down. I'm beginning to consider asking for a refund because this situation is unacceptable!

    Geraniums and an unusual fuchsia

    I have been purchasing items from this shop for a long time now and I must say, it has been really good. I only had one problem with something, but I am planning to address that with them. Anyhow, I just received my most recent order of geraniums and this lovely fuchsia today, and they arrived in perfect condition! The packaging was excellent and they were already potted.     Hey, so I ordered something and paid extra for express delivery, but after waiting for 7 whole days my item still hasn't been shipped!     I bought some bits from this online shop when they were having a £3 sale and I thought it was a bargain. But, I soon got annoyed when it took them almost a week to even send out my order.     Endource Trading Limited has a good idea, but their implementation is really not up to scratch. My first order didn't arrive, and after waiting for two weeks with no updates, I had to cancel it and buy the items somewhere else. When I tried again, I came across a checkout error that's been stopping me from finishing my purchase for three days now. Their customer service has been slow to reply, still investigating the issue more than 24 hours later. Endource, this is your third strike with me. I hope they can improve their service and fix the problems because the idea is promising, but the reality is disappointing.

    I recently bought a physical scanner and had a frustrating time with the company. When I got the email with instructions to download my product, I realised I'd actually paid for a physical scanner. Customer service just told me to ignore the email, which made me feel confused and deceived. After a week with no tracking information, I decided to chase them up, only to find out the product was held up at customs. Parcel Force said only the sender could sort it out, but Blitzhandel24 said I had to deal with Parcel Force, showing a lack of responsibility and professionalism on their part. In the end, the product was sent back to them, and they didn't want to give me a full refund. Luckily, PayPal stepped in and I got a full refund. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I'd advise others to steer clear of this company.

    I recently bought a stove from your company, and I have to say, the delivery communication was awful. I waited in all day last Wednesday for the delivery, only to find out after a lot of effort on my part that it had been put off by a day because of the queen's funeral. No email or phone call was made to let me know about this change, which was quite annoying. From Friday to Wednesday, I had to ring multiple times to find out where the free fitting kit and liner were. Finally, on Thursday, the liner arrived, followed by the fitting kit on Friday. This lack of communication and inconsistency in delivery times made it really tough for a busy person like myself to deal with. However, despite the delivery being a pain, the stove itself looks great and I can't wait to get it up and running. I just wish there had been better communication throughout the whole process.

    I was grateful for the compensation I received and found Karim, the customer service representative, to be quite helpful. However, I still have some concerns. I can't delete my card details because it's required to keep a card on file as a member, and that makes me feel uneasy. I'm worried about being charged again next year without realising it, which could result in unnecessary calls to sort out the problem. This isn't an issue on other platforms, so it should be fixed from a technical perspective. I'm generally satisfied with my experience this year, but there are definitely areas that could be improved upon.
