My experience with this retailer was terrible. I bought a car seat which turned out to be faulty. I followed the warranty process and returned it, but after waiting a month, I was told it was discontinued and got a refund. The lack of communication and resolution was really frustrating. Even though customer services tried to help, it was too late as the refund had already gone through. It seemed like they didn't care about fixing the issue, especially since I bought it at a discount. I even tried contacting the complaints department, but they just gave me the usual response without really trying to solve the problem. In the end, I decided to shop somewhere else and had a much better experience with a smaller, more attentive retailer.
Highchair purchase
I was a bit unsure at first, but I thought I'd give this store a go for my son's highchair. I have to say, I was really pleased with what I got! The highchair was even better than I thought it would be, and my son is over the moon with it. The delivery was right on time, and I had a really good all-round experience. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this store.
Trampoline purchase
I bought a trampoline from this place and it arrived in a pretty battered box. Thankfully nothing had dropped out, but it was a close one! Plus, they keep sending me emails with promo codes that don't even work! Not cool!
Cosatto isofix car seats
I recently bought a couple of car seats from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality and service. The ordering was easy and quick, and my items arrived just a few days later. The seats were well packed and came in perfect condition. I checked them out and they were really good quality and simple to fit in my car. The bright colours also gave my car a bit of a fun twist, and the price was fair for what I got.

Co sleeper
I bought a co-sleeper from this company last year, and sadly it turned out to be faulty. When I contacted them about the problem, their only solution was to wait for a replacement to be in stock or pay more for a different one. This worried me a lot because it meant my baby was sleeping in an unsafe situation. Even though I sent several emails and made a complaint that was ignored for weeks, they haven't shown any urgency in fixing the issue. It feels like they care more about making money than making sure children are safe. Their disregard for customer safety and poor communication is really shocking.
Matching Car Seats
I was really excited because we ordered two matching car seats for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old! They look so comfy in them and I feel like a proper grown-up now that I have proper car seats for the kiddies. The delivery came super fast, it arrived two days early, which was amazing because I couldn't wait to get them in the car. The seats also look really nice, they match perfectly with the interior of our car. I reckon my little brother is going to be so jealous when he sees them!
Stroller purchase
I got the stroller from Kiddies Kingdom at the best price I could find on the internet. They sent it out quickly and I got it within a day. The stroller was really good quality, and I was really happy with my shopping experience. I was a bit worried at first because of some bad reviews I saw, but I'm really glad I went ahead and bought from them. I'll definitely be happy to order from them again in the future.
Up n About double stroller package
I recently bought the Up n About double stroller package for our young one and another little on the way. The service was great all the way through. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me pick out the best option for us. The product is amazing - it's versatile, so we can exercise while also getting the kids around. The whole family is really happy with our choice.
Prompt delivery, low price
The thing I ordered got here pretty quickly, in about a week, and it was in pristine condition. It was hard to believe I got it for the cheapest price available online. I'm really happy with what I bought and I'd definitely think about getting stuff from here again for my grandkids.

But when the delivery date came and went, I had to get in touch to find out what was going on. When I contacted customer service, they found my order and sent it out the next day. Even though it was a bit late, I'm really pleased with my travel system and I would definitely suggest Kiddies Kingdom to others.

I thought ordering from Kiddies Kingdom was really easy and hassle-free. I was pleasantly surprised when my delivery came earlier than I thought. The customer service team even gave me a call to check if I was okay with getting a different brand of the same product, which I thought was nice because it meant everything arrived at once.
2 in 1 Travel System Pram
I recently bought a 2 in 1 travel system pram from this company. I had a small problem with the item's availability because the website said it was in stock, but then I was told there would be a delay in delivery. However, after speaking to customer service, my order was sent out the next day without warning. Generally, I had a good experience with the company, but that initial delay was a bit annoying.
Grandchild items
I recently bought something for my grandchild from Kiddies Kingdom and had to hang about for a few weeks before it turned up. But I was happy to find out that the stuff came a few days ahead of schedule. The things were top-notch quality and just what I wanted.
Car seat for premature grandchild
I was in a bit of a hurry to get a car seat for my premature grandchild, who was finally ready to come home from the hospital. It was urgent, so I needed to find a good shop that could deliver the car seat quickly. I found Kiddies Kingdom, and they really came through for me! They delivered the car seat the next day, and even gave me a discount on it. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were, and the car seat is great quality. My grandchild is now safe and comfy in their new car seat, and I'm so pleased with my purchase from Kiddies Kingdom.

Waited 2 months for it to arrive! Couldn’t get hold of there customer service! Which is not great when your expecting a baby! Then when it did turn up parcels were damaged! There delivery service is awful! Left out in the rain for 5 hours before we had a text to say it had been delivered!!Tutti Bambini cozee air
Terrible company. Inaccurate delivery dates, no correspondence, no replies to emails. Social media comments deleted and conveniently not taking any phone calls.

Do not use if you are pregnant and do not want to get stressed!Cybex Cloud Z Base
Base to Cybex car seat developed a fault in the locking mechanism (8 months after purchase but only 5 months after use due to date of birth of our child). Three weeks later still waiting for a resolution and no refund offered. Had to buy a replacement base at over £200 so we can continue to use the car seat as intended. KK passing the buck to the manufacturer when it is they that sold the item to me.
No idea when this will be resolved and being told I will be sent the faulty base back if it can be repaired. Leaving me with two £200 bases for one car seat. As if I would ever use a previously faulty base for my child's car seat.
Will never shop here again.

After care service there is none. Pushchair broke after using it 4 times. The brakes got stuck on while we were out, so couldn't go anywhere . Had to take of wheels to release brakes so we could get home. Phoned customer services and arranged a pick up for repair that was 7th May 2021. Still no Pushchair back. Phone them several times emailed them your lucky if you get a reply. When I did get through they said it was my fault for not putting wheels on correctly tried to explained we had to take wheels off because brakes got stuck. It is now 24 August and still no Pushchair I have sent more emails and tried getting through on phone but no answer back. Baby is now 7months old with no Pushchair.

Ordered for free next day delivery. Didn't arrive so called and reordered for delivery again next day. Didn't arrive. So 2 failed deliveries now. Still waiting and no attempt to rectify or compensate
