The first time I shopped from Mint Velvet, I felt like I never shopped before and that was actually the first time of doing so. Why? Because the experience was entirely different and I instantly loved everything I got from the company. Amazing quality wears and accessories I found difficult in getting from other shops. Since then, there is this special love I have for Mint Velvet and it is not fading away anytime soon as I am interested in buying more products from Mint Velvet than even before. Good prices, timely delivery and reliable customer service - active and responsive. I recommend Mint Velvet to others.

Perfumes
I didn't believe in fragrances, for example, spraying perfumes for personal reasons. However, when I started giving in, I was a regular victim of buying fake and standard perfumes, which I guess due to my naivety. I got discouraged and I stopped patronizing any perfumes. When a friend introduced me to a perfume he was using at some point, I instantly loved the product and wanted trying something again. Enquiry about the perfume pointed at Sobelia as the dealer. I checked their site and saw various designer perfumes from different brands. Again, instantly loved almost everything I saw on the site and since then, I have been enjoying perfumes from Sobelia and obviously not stopping to buy from them anytime soon.

Clothes Renting
When I first heard of Nuuly and their line of business, it was rather unusual although interesting. Renting a cloth sounded good to me because deep inside me, I knew they were some clothes I always wanted to own or at least put on but were far above my reach. So the discovery of Nuuly was now a relief to that effects, knowing I would be able to rent any clothes of my desire. I'm proud of Nuuly for being innovative and coming up with such idea which I now benefit a lot. Most of the clothes I was only imagining, I now have opportunity to rent and rock them as I want. Thumbs up for Nuuly.

No refund, do not use this company ....
Ordered raw puppy food from this company, food never arrived, I started getting anxious as I was running out of food for my puppy so emailed customer services and Emma replied to say the food I ordered was out of stock ??!! No mention about it being out of stock during purchase, I decided to ask for a refund, I couldn't wait any longer and I needed to find an alternative diet for my puppy, which resolved in an upset stomach as puppies are sensitive to food changes.
I requested my refund on the 4th of May, it's now June 10th and I am still waiting for my refund.... Emma from customer service keeps replying to my chasing emails saying "yes you will get your refund shortly don't worry" or "3-5 working days please bear with us" but it's all lies still no refund, I have just opened a case with PayPal to get my money back, absolutely ridiculous to be waiting this long for a refund in 2021, also who sells out of stock food for dogs !!!!! Dogs need to eat you don't advertise out of stock food and don't inform the customer about this! I had to email them to find out it was sold out after they took my money and sent me confirmation email!!!!!I have had exactly the same experience, they are obviously scammers, and we have been conned. Not expecting to ever see my money again.
Same for me too!! I so wish I'd read all these reviews before buying from them. The only time they were responsive to my emails was prior to me purchasing. A complete joke of a business. In the hands of my credit card firm now to get my refund. Someone needs to take this website down.
I got my money back after contacting my bank. Totally agree with Angela, this website needs taking down and the shower behind it banned from opening businesses until they can run one properly which may well be never.

WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY FROM THEM when you get the phone its opened already the problem is they have total control over your phone. when i say contol they block your phone so you cant use it at all and thats just when your 1day late with payment.
even if you offer to pay 2 bills in one
go they said yh we can do that but your phone is gonna still be blocked till i can make the payment is made and im weekly to so its not like your missing a whole months bill. because the disgusting company hides a app in the phone that remotely shut your phone off if u miss one payment

Kind earth shampoo bars
Products are good, I love using them but the prices are too high. The shampoo bars are very small & I don't know how long they will last so I had to buy another which wasn't a problem. In fact I bought two as it was on the penny sale.. even better right... The problems are they don't stock them in my shop so I have to buy online and with that I have to pay a fee for delivery as they no longer do click and collect for free??? No idea why , yet another way for companies to make more money even in a time when ppl are struggling. Then there's the delivery. I paid for next day delivery except it's never next day... 2 days later it arrives.. so sick of being taking for every penny by the already rich.

I have ordered this because l have knee problems and it sounds really good and value for money but found out that l am being charged twice for it. I ordered it but didn't redeem the voucher straight away and found l message the next day to say my time to redeem had run out. I ordered it again the next day and redeemed the voucher as soon as it came through. I have since found out about them trying to charge twice. This is not the 1st time this has happened but luckily enough my bank got my money back and it looks as if l am going g to have to go to the bank again unless Discount Experts do something to resolve this matter. I am a 74yr old pensioner and don't need this
Do not use this company. They never sent me my voucher orders and they have blocked their customer support page so that they cannot be contacted. My bank deals with them now.

Very informative and had a great first class however the classes seem to be pre-recorded and is more like watching a video rather than interacting with a teacher. Still enjoying it though

It's a worthwhile experience being one of your students. Please, make the classes more comprehensive.
Course is very interesting but it’s a little frustrating that the dialogue Switches from course to what’s coming next which should really be at the end. Also I am getting about 5 emails a day from Shaw academy trying to up sell their add ons and telling me the course has stated 10 minutes before it has!

Not what I expected. If I am going to do an online school, I expect to take at my pace. The classes are pre-recorded. They're not live, so, I should be able to do the entire set of lessons in one week if that's my choice. The "bot" is just that, an AI bot that can only answer a canned set of questions, or the other people online in the class at the time can respond. Since I am a Senior Project Manager, PMP certified, reviewing the class for personal reasons, I expected a bit more. Good information, knowledgeable teacher. Format is not what I expected.

Actually I loved the class. Its interesting too. But the only thing that i felt difficult is that the class is little bit fast... Other than that Shaw academy is very good. Video classes can also be useful.
This is my first time to attend an English lesson. So far, i had a great experience. Looking forward to achieve my goal soon. Thank you.

I enjoyed the class and I prefer the board and slides to human face speaking.the content are enlightening, I will work at attending the next class. My only reservation about the whole program for now is the toolkit advertisement hounding. I think the advertisement should be persuasive not coercive

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to study graphics design for free. Studying the course made me fall more deeply in love with the course, I love the resources employed by shaw academy such as the AI for asking questions,an interactive class session also the educator spoke so understandably.
For me, it's been so far, so great! I have had great times in the last three classes I attended. I've just got to take a further and personal responsibility to work on myself the more. No teacher gives you all. Kudos to Shaw Academy!
