Chunky white trainers
Horrible.
I brought these shoes as a replacement for some Filas, due to the net hype, and within a few months the soles have developed cracks that have literally split the shoe in half, the quality of these shoes are very poor, cracking at the base (where the sides of the shoe attach to the soles), the actual outer material of the shoe is so cheap that it scuffs off with a slight breath. I was really hyped for this brand but the shoes aren’t long lasting, cheap quality and they are so expensive :((YUP, same here. It started after having them for two months and only wearing them a few times. I contacted them to request a refund and they never replied. Funny because they state on their website that their shoes are made to be durable. I've had £5 pairs of shoes last longer than those
Multiple chunky boots
I've placed quite a few orders in the past, the only one without any issues was the first. Their Kyoko boots with gold stars. I love these boots, they're my favourite and they've served me well for 2 years and counting.
I ordered a pair of their red velvet ankle boots about a year later and the quality dipped substantially. The tongues in one of the shoes is shorter than the other and slides down into the shoe so often that they're almost unwearable for me.
Following that, this year my friend bought me a pair of their boots in my size for my birthday & one boot is literally bigger than the other despite being "the same size" and "true to size" it crushes the foot it was sized to fit - so far customer support haven't been helpful at all.

HORRIBLE customer service. Shoes didn't fit so I mailed them back, following the instructions on THEIR WEBSITE. I emailed after a couple of weeks and still hadn't received the refund. They asked for shipping receipt. I sent them confirmation it was delivered. They told me to wait 16 days. Still nothing. I had to email again and got the same copy and paste response to send the shipping receipt which I already had. Sent it again. Same response. Clearly they were not actually reading my emails. I had sent them the delivery confirmation FOUR TIMES at this point and still no refund. I had to comment on their Instagram and DM them to finally get a response. At this point I wasted $27 in shipping and they won't refund any of the shipping. Huge waste of time, money, and extremely frustrating.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
POSITIVE: Ordering is easy, there are a lot of discounts and the delivery is fast. (except for when they don't have the pair of shoes, they just don't send it to you and they don't notify you either - if you write them they just send back the money and there is no chance to get the shoes without paying shipping costs again)
NEGATIVE: There is a lot of negative! But most importantly: Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
1) In my first order I, unfortunately, picked the wrong sizes, so I had to ship back the order. Since they claim to have easy return options, I specifically asked where to best send it back and they named me an address in the UK. After I sent it there and informed them, they said that they won't cover the costs since I sent it to the UK instead of a nearer depot in Europe. (I live in Austria.)
They told me to send it there and then they refused to pay for it. It didn't make any sense to me at all!
2) In the meantime I had placed another order and only received 3 out of 4 pair of shoes. One of them, again, was too small but apparantely sending it back would cost me just as much as keeping it.
After some weeks had past I asked for the 4th pair of shoes since it stated that the shipment is being prepared. But instead of sending me the shoes they just gave me a refund for the pair stating that they don't have them right now.
When I asked them if there is any way to still receive the pair since I don't want to pay unnecessary shipping costs AGAIN, they simply ignored my question and told me to get a notification via the website and place a new order once they are available. I mean, what the heck? That wasn't my fault at all!
3) Since my currency is euros, everytime I get a refund from them I actually loose a lot of money due to the change of currency. Up until now I forfeited over 50€ for nothing.
So, after these things happened, I wrote them a complaint email stating all those facts and pointing out how poor their responses where. All I got so far was a short reply that it was forwarded to someone and "if there is any related opportunity someone will get back to me". That was over two weeks ago.
What is most annoying is that whenever they reply to you they act over the top friendly but when it comes to the content and serious questions, they simply ignore it or give you wrong information, not even apologizing when they were obviously in the wrong. Bought some chunky white trainers from here bc they’re sustainable / vegan and cheap! First pair of shoes from here and the quality is great and obviously the pricing is amazing. Would buy from here again if I found something else I liked :)))

Fast delivery, but the sizing was awful - have returned the boots and aw eek later I am still waiting on a refund or anyone to answer me from their customer service team,I have messaged via email/facebook and instagram

not worth the net hype
I buy shoes from koi because i see really good reviews and really satysfied by the quality and look influencers. However the truth is far away from they ineternet and social media image. Quality of shoes is poor. There is glue wisible od the sides and the length of the shoe insert is diffrent in 2 paires with same size but we can blame the style of shoe in this case. I must admit that shoes are vegan like they said. Unfortunately, the smell of plastic is strong.
Overall im dissapointed not by quality but by the false fame they shoudnt earn.

How is the sizing? I'm a US 7.5, but this site doesn't have UK half sizes. So I'm between a UK 5 and UK 6. I don't know which size to get. I don't want them to be too tight or too loose. I'm so indifferent right now. Help, please lol!!
always go for the bigger size and just wear socks if they're a bit big
