Avoid being scammed!
Ordered 10 items from Ego. Whilst the clothes were nice and pretty good quality, Ego attempted to scam me by saying that I had only returned 6 items when I returned 9 and so refused to refund me the extra £70 I was owed.
The first email I received said that on their 'records' I had returned 6 items. After I pestered them, I received another email asking if I had put the paper invoice in the parcel because my return wasn't in their records? Bit of a contradiction! And a complete lie that only 6 items had been recorded.
They then conducted an investigation with Royal Mail - which suggests to me that they hadn't even received the parcel in the post! So strange. After almost 2 weeks of keeping at them, I managed to get my money back.
Do not order from here if you want to avoid being scammed or having to email back and forth for 2 weeks to get your own money back.Review about: Beauty Works Hair Extensions
Gold Double Weft Iced Blonde and invisi tape Iced Blonde
After spending around £400 on extensions from their website. 7 weeks I've had them in, they matt constantly and shed ridiculous amounts each time it's brushed. To now be told by their customer service team that because they have had a toner on them there is nothing you can do? These extensions they advertise are "100% human hair" which by all accounts should with stand anything my natural hair does. Never known customer service to be so bad. Extremely disheartened ????

Me and my sister are extremely fashionable and we really look for new trending clothes but sometimes its very difficult to know where to go when you have some specific choice n clothing, also yes, price really matters when you are a college student and you have very limited money and you can't spend it all on your clothes. so we got this i saw it first where they are seeling the hottest trending clothes at the really amazing price.
I recently bought a little black dress for my college prom night and my sister bought a green maxi dress from here and we are expecting to get soon ! i am really exciting as the clothing design is super hot a perfect for such an amazing day of my life!Well you definitely get what you pay for yes it’s very cheap for students but so is the quality of the clothes
i have tried to contact i saw it first as i am now extremely frustrated i ordered last thursday and got next day delivery it is now tuesday and still not arrived its been in transit all this time and presuming its lost in transit and its not only happened to me they have not got in contact with me once and whats more annoying is there giving away free next day delivery on the app/website i am furious and hoping someone will contact me soon!!!!!
I have ordered 2 dresses from you and asked for next day delivery and I haven’t received a confirmation emails but the payment has been took?
Same happened with me, payment was taken from my account but no confirmation email and it says on website that I haven't had an previous orders ?
I ordered a coat, still saying pending had no email and they have took the money from my account

I ordered some clothes over 1 month ago. Nothing has come. I have had no email to say it was dispatched. And I have emailed my complaint 3 times with NO response. I will never shop here again. Really thought better of them but they have lost a customer for sure now. The lack of communication is so unprofessional

I ordered a hat last Tuesday, 26 Jan, no confirmation email has been sent, but then money has been taken off my card. I sent a message to their online response form, but nothing, I have now emailed them, and nothing. Really shoddy practices.

Bought some chunky white trainers from here bc they’re sustainable / vegan and cheap! First pair of shoes from here and the quality is great and obviously the pricing is amazing. Would buy from here again if I found something else I liked :)))

Huge collections
They have good variety and quality apparels for her. I use to buy animal printed and floral dresses from here. Even I have good collection now from Yoins.
Didn't see anything where I should make any complain but many times my parcels delivered late.
Despite of clear communication from their CSD courier person not yet improved their timing as committed by Yoins.
I am sure you have full records of my purchase previously done in three years..So Yoins should pay more attention.
I have the exact same issue apart from mine have been in for a month !! I have started a bank dispute. What have they replied to you?
