I purchased this eyebrow liquid pen while I was in London and when I returned home, it wouldn't work. I rang the store and they just said, sorry, we can't assist you, you'll have to come back to the store... What? I can't simply hop on a plane and fly to London in an instant! They advised me to email customer service, but you know what? It's been 5 entire days and I haven't received a response. What kind of service is that? I do adore their products, but this entire experience was awful. I'm so furious, I will never purchase from them again!

I bought this ring with settings that are a bit loose, and I absolutely love it. But I'm gutted because it's now the third ring in a row where the stones have fallen out after just a few days of wearing it. I only had this one on for three hours before I saw a stone missing. The settings definitely need to be better quality because this is really not on. I've already got in touch with customer service and now I'm just waiting for them to give me a ring back or sort out either compensation or a return for me.

The company is really dodgy. I managed to book a hotel in the USA, and then got an email from the hotel itself saying they would happily give me a refund. But as soon as I contacted the company, they shifted the blame onto the hotel for not sorting out the refund. What's more, my flight for May to the USA got cancelled, and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've been messed around multiple times and the customer service is absolutely terrible. It feels like they're just trying to hold onto customers' money to keep themselves going.

Luna Mirrors
I recently got myself some Luna Mirrors and I have to say, I'm pretty chuffed with them overall. The mirrors are top quality and they give my bathroom a really sleek and modern look. The customer service was spot on too - one of the mirrors arrived damaged but they quickly replaced it the next day, no bother at all.
The only downside is that the design of the mirrors could do with a bit of improvement at the back. They only have two screws to hold them up, so my electrician had to use double-sided tape to make sure they were secure. Purchased boots for Christmas.
I recently bought a pair of boots from this company as a Christmas gift, but the delivery process ended up being a real nightmare. DPD, the courier service, managed to deliver the boots to the complete wrong place, despite the fact that the photos and coordinates they provided didn't match our house at all. This led to a super long and annoying situation where my husband had to get in touch with the customer service team at the company to try and fix the issue. It took a whole two months for us to eventually get a refund for the boots that never arrived.
During this time, we were given the runaround and told that the company's policy was to wait for DPD to finish their investigation and insurance claim before giving customers their money back. It was only when we mentioned taking legal action that we finally got our refund. Looking through the sites-shops selling women's clothing, I accidentally found out about a store like Zaful. And I made my first order-it was a Dropped Shoulder Valentine Crop Sweatshirt. My order came quickly and is well Packed in a branded Zaful package. The quality of this jacket I was very pleased! The fabric was very pleasant to the body! I ordered some joggers which arrive next day.
I worn them the next day for half of day to notice bobbles and the steam had come away.
I emailed customer services straight away and sent pics.
They relied with 20% off in which I refused and was disappointed with.

The course in itself is excellent.
There is just a lack of professionalism in all the external stuff.
For example I am continually getting spammed with emails repeating the same thing each day and it is frustrating. Also I booked a lesson for a specific time then I clicked to join but for some reason it changed the date to the following week. So I tried to rescheduling it for later that day and it wouldn’t allow me.

The only negative I have is that perhaps the first lesson was too basic - 80% of the content was stuff I already knew so it was a bit tedious, but I understand if this might not be the case for others.
