    Exceptional Quality and Service Experience

    I recently bought something, and I have to say I am really happy with how good quality the product is. It not only met but went beyond my expectations in terms of how well made and durable it is.     Son's top faulty

    I had a bit of bother with my son's top and got in touch with the customer service lot. They were really helpful and said they'd sort me out with a refund once I sent over some snaps of the dodgy item. Even though we had that blip, we'll definitely be sticking with this company as their service was top-notch.

    Shorts and polo shirt purchase

    My time at the store was absolutely brilliant. I got help from a guy called Micheal, who was so good with customers. He really knew his stuff about all the products and managed to help me pick out the perfect shorts and polo shirt. I was really grateful for his friendly and professional approach.

    defective clothing

    I bought some clothes from your company not long ago, but when they arrived, I noticed they had some problems. So, I got in touch with your customer service team to see what could be done about it. I told them about the issues with the stitching and collar on the item I got from one of your shops. It was a bit of a letdown when they told me that because I didn't buy the clothes straight from you, I should speak to the shop instead. I was hoping for a more helpful and customer-focused response from a well-known brand like yours.

    Faulty item resolved with excellent customer service

    Broken press stud on my coat

    My press stud broke on my coat and I had no idea there were different sizes - can you believe it? I contacted customer service and Tracey was absolutely fantastic! She was so helpful and made sure to keep me in the loop about getting a replacement. Thanks to her, my coat is all good to go now!

    Shorts too small

    I bought a pair of shorts but they turned out to be too small, so I returned them for a larger size. The annoying thing is, they sent me back the exact same size! I mean, what's the point of that? Also, if you're thinking about returning something, don't bother at the weekend because DHL only collects parcels during the week. Plus, they don't include return slips in your order because they're trying to be eco-friendly, not because they're cutting costs. It's a bit of a hassle if you don't have a printer.

    Fast processing, quick response to emails

    The service at this place is amazing! I ordered something and they sorted it out super quickly. But what really blew me away was how they dealt with any problems I had. They replied to my emails straight away and fixed everything in a jiffy. That level of customer service is rare nowadays, and it definitely gained my loyalty.

    I bought a jumper, but I ran into a problem with my discount code not going through. The customer service was brilliant. They sorted out the issue and refunded me within a few hours. I was really impressed with how much they cared and how quickly they resolved everything.

    Men's sunglasses

    Stylish but not very robust. The right hand arm broke at the hinge after a few months. Boots kindly replaced the pair. The second pair lasted a similar length of time. Boots replaced them again. The arm broke again a few months later. What a disappointment. There appears to be no way to get in touch with Lyle and Scott. So please consider this as a complaint.

    Missing popper

    I have never been more happy to review a company
    I bought a junior jacket from TK MAX
    It had a popper missing but we knew this
    I got directly in touch with Lyle +Scott
    The customer experience manager (Darren Oliver) emailed me , he has gone way + above my expectations to help me , at no cost to myself they ask me to send it to their office in Scotland + they will get it repaired + sent back to me free of charge , Darren has replied to all my emails sent to him , I have spoke to him on the phone and what a lovely chap he is , the care for their customers has been outstanding , thankyou Darren and Lyle + Scott ,

    Cool winter collections

    I am not that much shopaholic, but i usually bought my winter clothes from here whenever i need. reasons:-
    1, none can give the quality Lyle and Scott is giving, like literally no one. i have a sweatshirt which i bought from here and still, the quality is superb. there is nothing uncomfortable when i wear . also the fabric is still same, no little dots over my sweatshirt. which is a huge relief. because i hate it
    2. the price is not that high, i can actually buy if i want something within a month. also, they are offering collections of winter wears which is awesome
    3. mostly winter clothes are heavy in weight and if i want to travel then either i have to lose some clothes or have to pack more bags. the sweaters and cloths i buy from here is light in weight which makes my luggage light too
