Funeral flowers purchase
My experience with the flower company was really disappointing. I thought I could rely on them to get funeral flowers for my late dad's service, but then I found out a year later that they had stopped trading. This news really upset me because those flowers were supposed to be a tribute to my dad, and now they're gone. So not only did I miss out on the flowers, but I also lost the money I paid for them. I've just found out that the company is still taking orders, which is so wrong and deceitful. I advise everyone to steer clear of this flower company no matter what.
Flower delivery
I had a dreadful experience with this company. I ordered some flowers for delivery and they never arrived. Luckily, some lovely people who worked there created a Facebook group to assist customers like me in getting their orders. I was really surprised and let down by the poor communication and service from this company. It was annoying to have to depend on a Facebook group just to find out where my order was.
Flower arrangement for Mother's Day
I want to warn anyone thinking of using this florist to stay away! The service was terrible and the whole experience was a nightmare. I ordered a lovely flower arrangement for Mother's Day, but what I got was a sad, wilting bunch that looked nothing like the picture on their website. When I tried to sort it out, the company just treated me badly - the customer service person was no help and really rude, and they wouldn't give me a refund or replacement even though they clearly messed up. On top of all that, the flowers were way too expensive for such poor quality, and they were late getting there and damaged when they did. All in all, a total disaster - I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I'm a customer who trusted this business to preserve my daughter's wedding flowers, and I'm really disappointed with how unprofessional and lacking in integrity they've been. I asked for her bouquet to be displayed in a shadow box, and for the table decorations to be set in resin for coasters, a tray, and tea light holders. It's awful to find out that the company stopped trading in November. What's even worse is that I'm not the only one in this situation - lots of people have been left without their flowers or refunds. It's just not right that this 'trader' can close down and move on, leaving so many upset and angry customers behind. Something needs to be done to sort out this unfair situation as soon as possible.
