Fair prices and good promotions
I thought the prices in this shop were reasonable, similar to what you'd find elsewhere. But the real bargains were in their special offers and promotions. I managed to save a good amount of money by making the most of those deals.
Helmet and gloves
I bought a helmet and gloves from this company not long ago but, to be honest, I've been pretty disappointed with the whole thing. I got a message from them after I ordered saying that FedEx couldn't deliver the stuff, so they were sending it back. It's been 11 days now and I'm still waiting for them to get the order back and give me my money back. This isn't right, it's not fair on customers and it's just not good business. If you're considering buying from them, I'd say maybe think again.
Incorrect item sent
I bought something from this company recently and I was really let down when the wrong item turned up. I tried to sort it out by giving them the colour codes from the return notice, but the staff didn't seem to get it. The back and forth emails that came after were way too long and annoying.
