Sicily bag by a famous brand
I recently got myself a fabulous Sicily bag from a well-known brand, and let me tell you, I snagged it at an incredible price! When it came to payment, though, I was a bit bummed that they didn't offer Klarna or Afterpay. I ended up paying in cash when it arrived, but I have zero regrets because the bag is absolutely stunning.
I really hope they consider adding installment plans in the future for people making bigger purchases like mine. Anyway, the delivery was impressively quick, and I couldn't be happier with my new bag. Online shoe purchase
Hey there, just wanted to share that I bought my first pair of shoes online recently. The consultant who helped me out was really quick to respond and knew their stuff. They explained clearly and honestly how to pick out the right size. But, I can only give a 3-star rating because it's been more than 9 days and the shoes still haven't shown up, even though I paid in advance. I reckon they need to speed up the shipping process a bit.

I popped into Murbes the other day and picked up a pair of shoes, and I have to say, I was really impressed. The price was so reasonable, especially for the quality of the shoes I got. Sneakers, return, unexpected charges
I bought a new pair of trainers from the shop not too long ago, and when they arrived, I saw a few little marks on them. I got in touch with customer service to let them know about the problem and to avoid making it worse by trying to clean them myself. They sorted out a return with UPS, but forgot to tell me that I'd have to cover the cost of the return shipping. When they got the trainers back, they cleaned them and said there wasn't a fault, which meant I had to fork out a hefty 15€ for the return shipping. It would have been helpful if they had told me sooner so I could have chosen a cheaper courier.
Shoes too small
I bought some shoes the other day but they turned out to be too small for me, which was a bit annoying. So, I had to shell out an extra £10 to send them back and get a bigger size. It was a hassle, but I liked the shoes so much that I went ahead and ordered them again in a larger size.
