    I booked a meet and greet parking service for two cars, but it turned out to be a complete scam. When I got back from my trip, Gatwick staff told me that neither of my cars had moved from the short stay car park where I dropped them off two weeks earlier.     Grey Moroccan style rug with white lines

    I was really disappointed by the rug I bought from The Rug Seller. The rug I got looked nothing like the one displayed on their website. It was meant to be a grey rug with white lines in a Moroccan style, but the white lines on my rug were all over the place and not as shown. Some bits had wide, thick lines, while others had thin, short lines. I tried to vacuum and adjust it, but it still didn't look right. I contacted The Rug Seller twice with photos comparing the rug I got to the one on their site, but they just brushed me off. They said the differences were because of the pile height and direction of the rug, and that it wasn't faulty. I felt frustrated and like they weren't listening to me as a customer. I had to send the rug back myself, costing me £18. The way The Rug Seller dealt with the whole situation was really disappointing. I won't be shopping on their website again after this bad experience.

    I was really let down by the brain injury rehabilitation therapy I got. I paid a big £2495 for the treatment, but it was totally not worth it. The therapists weren't very good at their job and didn't give me any useful advice or support in my sessions.     When I first got my hands on the Large Blue Ryedale sideboard, I was really pleased with it.     However, my excitement went down a bit when it came to getting it delivered. I paid for delivery, but I was a bit gutted to find out that this only covered bringing the sideboard inside the house. With the size and weight of the furniture, it would have been useful if unpacking and putting it in the right spot were also part of the service. The lack of communication and transparency around the return process has really shaken my trust in Selfridges as a retailer, so I don't see myself ordering from them again in the future.

    I recently had a rental experience that was rather disappointing. When I arrived at the place, I was told that the motorbike I had booked wasn't actually available, even though I had reserved it in advance. After wasting time trying to sort it out, they then said there was another motorbike but it would cost an extra 100 euros because it was a fancier model.     Cancelled Disney Cruise

    I had a big problem in the family and had to cancel our planned Disney Cruise. Disney Cruise said they would give a full refund, but Disney travel didn't stick to it. I emailed them several times as they told me to, but didn't get any reply. I even phoned Disney Cruises and they said we could get a refund if Disney Travel would just talk to them. In the end, only some of us in the family got a refund. We're pensioners and it wouldn't have made sense for us to go on the cruise without the rest of our family.

So, I had to go back on live chat and request a refund, but they couldn't even locate my account or payment details! I had to do all the legwork and dig up the merchant details myself. Finally, they said they've put in a request for a refund, but honestly, who knows if I'll ever get my money back. To be honest, do yourself a favour and steer clear of this shop - it's an absolute nightmare!

    I thought I was being really cool ordering some cargo pants online, but boy was I mistaken! To start with, the pants looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website - they were super baggy around the waist, I felt like I was wearing a tent!     Last month we (along with) my family could dare to select some extraordinary earnings, bracelet and one ring with diamond stone. There was nothing to discuss about quality and class, in fact these all jeweleries were out our range but we purchased for marriage purpose.
    D&H is not suitable and affordable for very common earning person what I could understand.
    Secondary, jewellery boxes was so good I had never seen before.
    So this is a very good shop, better you visit, select,see the prices, value the class, and great people of Dower.
    I may wrong, but they have big collection and none of them are rejectable.
    Just a question of money.

    Honestly an absolute s**** hole to work for. My friend worked for them a a year ago in liverpool st.. the management.. she was an rude to her!! DONT NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY - LAUREN THE MANAGER treated costumers like rubbish.

    Sadly, this company’s name appeared on my bank statement as fraudulent activity and debited my credit card without my knowledge. Luckily the bank was on to them...not happy!
