    I recently used a delivery service to send a homemade cake to my mum who lives 200 miles away. The whole process was really easy and everything went smoothly. I arranged for the parcel to be collected between 2 pm and 6 pm and it was picked up just a few hours after I sorted it out. The next morning, the cake made its way to my mum's house at 9 am, and it got there in perfect condition. Although it was a bit pricey, £24 is quite a lot for a homemade cake, the service quality and the relief of knowing that the cake reached without any damage was worth it. I just wanted to bring a smile to my mum's face, and ParcelHero definitely helped me make that happen. I'm sure I'll use their service again in the future.

    I was really pleased with the service I got from this online store. I first went on their website because they had the best price for some branded slippers for my daughter.     I managed to find some brilliant winter clothes at a decent price, but oh dear, the delivery service they used was an absolute nightmare. Can you believe it? Yodel somehow managed to lose my package despite me giving them detailed instructions and even a What3Words location. I had to wait over a month before I finally got a refund.     So, my iPad Pro recently updated itself to 15.1, and all of a sudden, I couldn't access any of my received emails. Feeling frustrated, I decided to take my iPad to the nearest store, which happened to be in Derby, and that's where I met Nathan Gray. Let me tell you, this guy really knows his stuff. He quickly figured out the issue and wasted no time in carrying out a factory recovery. Before I knew it, I was back in business and all my emails were there, ready for me to read.     I was really impressed with the bathroom shop I found! It was such a relief to actually talk to someone who knew about plumbing.     The tent was brilliant, it was right by the stadium and had great music and delicious food and drinks. We even had a VIP concession inside the stadium where we could relax and get something to eat after the event.     I recently bought a wine rack from this company and I have to say I won't be using them again. They said delivery would take 28 days, which seemed quite long but I didn't question it because of the current situation. However, the delivery date came and went without any updates or sign of my items. After I sent multiple emails, they finally replied and the items turned up a week later. The wine rack's quality was very poor - the colour didn't match the advert, the wood was rough with splinters, and the varnish was patchy, leaving black marks on everything it touched. I've asked for a refund and now I'm waiting to see how long it'll take for them to reply. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

    House moving service

    The house moving service we received was pretty good overall. The van turned up on time and everything was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of space in the van for all our stuff, so the whole moving process went really smoothly and quickly. However, I did notice a lack of communication when it came to the breakdown of the bill, especially the congestion charges part. It was also a bit annoying that we couldn't easily get in touch with the driver during the service.

    One other thing that worried me was the driving habits of the driver. Even though they let my friend and me sit in the front to save us some money on train fare, I saw them doing some risky things while driving. They kept looking at their phone for directions, which made me feel unsafe. Also, they crossed over striped lines when they accidentally took an exit from the motorway, which was pretty scary and could have caused an accident.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed an order, only to be told it was cancelled because of a carrier issue, but I hadn't even received a dispatch notification on my account.     I still can't believe how awful my experience was with this service. I paid a lot for the performer package, but it was a huge letdown. When I got there for my appointment, I was shocked to find out they had run out of swabs. The receptionist and the doctor then had a big argument in front of me, which was really unprofessional. They said they'd send swabs to my house, but later called to say they couldn't do that either. So now I've had to travel 100 miles to another place just to get my certifications done. I really wish I'd gone to Dean Street for better treatment for free. This company is terrible and hasn't even offered a partial refund, which is just not right.

    I had a big problem when it came to buying tracking software, it really got on my nerves. I got the software with a discount code from a third-party seller, but it never showed up.     Small sized clothes returned, missing parcel issue

    I bought some clothes from this company not long ago and they turned out to be too small for me. So, I thought I'd return them but that's when everything just went downhill.
