Flawed baby bottles
These bottles are an absolute nightmare! The lids are forever coming off, causing spills and risking harm to my child. Dealing with leaks all over the place, be it in the car, cot, pram, or travel bag, is incredibly frustrating. It's gone past being a joke and become just downright upsetting. I highly recommend against buying these bottles, unless you want to save yourself from the daily hassle they bring.
New cute bottles
I wanted to give some new baby bottles a go because they looked so cute! I've always gone for a different brand with my other kids, but I figured it was time for a change. The problem was, even after they were washed and sterilised, those bottles just wouldn't shake off the smell. Not to mention, my little one was having a tough time with an upset stomach – no fun at all. I reckon it's because those rubbery bottles just hold onto bacteria too easily. So, I swiftly switched back to my trusty old brand with a glass bottle, and it's been doing a brilliant job for us.
Bottles for feeding expressed milk
These bottles may look nice and trendy, but don't let that fool you. If you like dealing with spilled milk and feeling anxious about lost expressed milk, or having to use formula because the bottle base keeps coming off, then maybe these bottles are for you. I contacted them by email, carefully followed their advice, but still ended up losing a whole bottle of precious milk just before my long-awaited night out with friends, without the baby. It's safe to say that my plans for the night were ruined.
