I recently purchased some new bedding from Bedeck Home in Cheshire Oaks and the lady who assisted us was really friendly and not too pushy. She answered all of our questions without being too intrusive and left us to make our own decisions. The bedding is of excellent quality and feels luxurious. I also treated myself to some matching cushions, which really enhance the overall look of my bed.
Later on, I decided to order a quilted throw online and managed to get a discount on top of the already reduced sale price. It arrived within just a few days and looks fantastic. Ski holiday accommodation review
The ski holiday accommodation we booked turned out to be quite disappointing. Firstly, soap was missing in the apartment which made it tricky to keep clean, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. The place wasn't kept very clean, with dirty stairs and a boot room that was in a bit of a state. It looked like the place hadn't been looked after for a while, definitely lacking some TLC with no proper maintenance or cleaning in quite some time. The food options, despite being advertised as all-inclusive, were pretty limited and not very exciting. Breakfast was alright but got a bit repetitive, and dinner portions were fixed so no seconds, unfortunately. The apres-ski snack wasn't great and was only available for a short time, leaving many hungry guests feeling a bit let down. Also, those promised pizza nights never happened, the staff said they had run out, which left a lot of guests feeling pretty disappointed about the misleading information. All in all, our experience at this ski accommodation was quite underwhelming and definitely put a dampener on our holiday.

Even though there were some delays due to the current situation, it took ages for the bed to finally arrive. But when it did, I was really disappointed with the quality of the product. The materials seemed really cheap and the workmanship was terrible. Only one drawer out of the four opened properly, with missing screws and damaged trim. One drawer was even smashed when it arrived, showing a lack of quality control at the factory. When I rang customer service to complain, they just laughed it off. In the end, it was a complete waste of money and a really disappointing experience.

I'm really disappointed because I had a problem with a double booking at the property I booked. I only found out about it on the day I was supposed to stay, which was really inconvenient. The property owner did give me some of my money back but said I had to sort out the rest through the platform. Trying to get the rest of the refund from VRBO was a real nightmare - it took ages and was really frustrating. Their communication was poor and they kept saying it was the property owner's fault, not theirs, which just made things even more confusing. It was really hard to sort out the issue.

Vouchers never received, they did not repsond to my emails or other communications. I have now reported them to trading standards for procurring a contract of sale by fasle representaiton.
