STAY AWAY AWFUL COMPANY. My order was 2 weeks late, I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my emails and now evri has my parcel that I don't want and I might have to pay for the return. AWFULLY CRAP.

car hire
When I collected the car virtually every panel had damage so impossible to completely check.On return there was nobody available to check so I left the keys in the drop box.I was subsequently sent a damage report which showed a minor mark which looks like a dirt mark on one of the very few panels that was not damaged.I was also invoiced for 126.62 for the damage which is an absolute joke.I then received another invoice with an additional charge of 41.32 administration charge a total of 167.94
From review sites Goldcar appear to be crooked in their actions even though their website shows a very high approval rating.I have rented from Goldcar regularly for 18 years and when I have caused damage I have gladly accepted responsibility.
Needless to say I will never use the company again and will spread the word amongst all the organisations I am involved with in Spain as well as review sites.
I now understand why the queues at the counter in Alicante are a lot shorter than they used to be.Review about: 247 Home Rescue

We booked 2 cabs to do an airport run, 1 arrived 15 mins early the other late. Being charged extra by AL for this just took the p...s. Avoid them if you want a reliable and honest cab firm. Will never be using them again.

Just go elsewhere if you want to keep sain. They look good in advertising but they are terrible at organising and sorting a problem, all they seem to do is make things worse. They listen and are very polite and then it STOPS. 0 out of ten.

Can anybody tell me if they have purchased a watch recently from goldsmiths as mine arrived with several pieces of protection removed only to be told by customer service that this is part of their quality control checks. Sounds odd to me. Any responses will be appreciated

Digital Scales
I purchased some scales at onbuy as I wanted some digital ones for my upstairs bathroom. I already have some in my downstairs bathroom but wanted to get some more incase the number wasn’t correct. Looking online they were about £15 from places like Argos and Amazon but I found some on OnBuy for £8 with free delivery.
It was easy to order through onbuy and it didn’t feel like a long process with loads of sign up questions which I liked. My order arrived within 2 days which I was amazed by as a lot of bits I order online at the moment there’s always delays due to the current pandemic. They arrived packaged well and in good, brand new condition and I was informed throughout on where my order was and how to track etc.
The scales don’t measure in stone only KG and lbs but I’m okay with this as the price was so good. The site was easy to use and I really liked the fact my order was protected with PayPal which covered my card payment too. I’ve ordered a couple of times from onbuy now and have never had a bad experience. Its nice to see a British born company do what the American giants are doing (and better!) I Will be searching OnBuy first in future when shopping online. It seems like every time I use the website there are more and more products, im really happy ive found onbuyiv have also bought from onbuy more than once now and i have always had really good service. even when my item was late i sent them an email and it arrived the next day. so no bad experiences for me
I ordered a Breville toaster and it was delivered but does not work. Cannot get any response from OnBuy as they used another supplier to provide.

Once you use free trial DO NOT press on any materials they send you, because you will be immediately charged and will not get any refunds for them. I have read other reviews which basically confirm what this company does. They scam people. If you have done int, then just bombard them with emails and request refunds. They know what they have done and do not want to lose money on peoples expense. BE CAREFUL!
Shaw Academy deducted money from my account which I didn't know about and they have refused to refund me. I have not used their services for 6months now and they removed money from my account. All I need is a refund

Exporting from UK to USA
Really efficient way for us to export our products to the USA. The price you see includes everything except for customs duty and tax. Their customer service team replied really quickly with help to classify my goods so I wasn't overcharged for the duty. My parcel arrived in the States the following day!

Fantastic Evening
Just wanted to let you know that we had the most fantastic time yesterday evening. My wife and I loved Phantom, just brilliant.
The sun shining yesterday made Covent Garden even more special. The staff and food at Palm Court Brasserie was way above what we had been expecting to be honest, so please pass on our thanks to them too. Beef bourguignon was delicious.
We were bought this as a gift from our children at Christmas... a great idea. I spoke to two different staff in your Customer Service Team and both were so helpful and knowledgable particularly when it came to where to sit in the theatre and the restaurant choices.
All in all you made the whole process easy, quick and and pain free:]. So much so, that we will definitely buy the package for our best friends as they are celebrating a big anniversary later this year... they will be over the moon if its anything like yesterday.
