I had a really disappointing experience.
Bargain-priced clothing order
This company is supposed to have good deals on women's and men's clothing, but be careful, it's all a scam. I ordered something and found out they're being investigated for using photos stolen from other websites. When I tried to get in touch with them, the person I spoke to said they had no record of my order, even though I gave them the order number from their email. It's obvious they don't even have a proper computer system, because he said I'd have to wait a whole week before my order showed up in their 'system'. When I asked about Hong Kong landmarks to check his knowledge, he didn't know anything and got aggressive and unfriendly. Don't go near this company - it's a scam.
Delayed delivery and expensive postage
I placed an order (10132) with this company about 25 days ago, but I still haven't received my parcel. I paid $19 AUD for postage, but the item has not arrived yet. I have been trying to track the package, but I haven't had any luck. I contacted the customer service team for help, but it took a whole month for the parcel to finally arrive. In the end, I wouldn't really recommend this site because of the expensive postage and the long delivery time.
Expensive order missing
I bought this really expensive thing but it hasn't turned up. I've been in touch with them four times now, but all they've done is send me a new tracking code that says the courier is still waiting. They're not really doing anything to sort it out, just sending me standard, useless emails. It's annoying to be told to keep waiting when I've already been waiting ages. And now they're not even getting back to me.
Women's clothes measurement issues
I bought some women's clothes from this company not long ago, and honestly, it was a total disaster. None of the items fitted correctly, the material wasn't what they said it was, and my order took ages to arrive. When I tried to return the stuff, getting instructions from them was a nightmare, and even now they still haven't given me a refund. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and they don't even stick to their own return rules. It's really not good enough.

The sizes on their website are all wrong, so make sure to order a few sizes bigger than you normally would. The stuff they sell is really bad quality, and I was so let down when I got something completely different from what I thought I was getting. I bought some clothes recently that didn't fit me properly, so I got in touch with customer service to start the return. I did everything they told me to, but I still haven't been given the return address to send the items back. It's really annoying not hearing back from them and not getting the info I need.

I ordered some clothes on the internet and it turned out to be a complete disaster. I couldn't even get into my account because they wouldn't accept my password or email, despite sending me loads of emails. When my order finally arrived, the quality was shocking! One of the dresses looked completely different from what I saw on their website. I'm going to attempt to get a refund, but I'm not very hopeful. I tried reaching out to them using the email from other reviews, but it came back as undeliverable. I wouldn't even give them a single star. I feel so foolish for falling for their scam.

I wouldn't even rate this company with a star if I could. The clothes I got were really bad quality, nothing like how they were described online. My experience with this company was really disappointing. Firstly, my order took so long to arrive, and when it finally did, the fabrics used were not what I expected - they weren't linen/cotton like advertised, but a cheap synthetic material instead. On top of that, the sizes were all wrong, so I couldn't even wear anything. When I tried to return the items, it cost me a lot of money and time, taking months just to get a response. And to make things worse, the refund they offered me was way less than what I paid, and I never even received it. Now they're saying that because the refund is late, they can only give me a voucher, but I don't want it because I don't plan on ordering from them again. I recommend that everyone avoids this company, they're dishonest and not professional at all.
