Penguin tour
I had the best time on this penguin tour, it was absolutely amazing! The tour was exactly as I expected it to be. I should have brought a warmer jacket though, those penguins were loving the cold weather. The tour guide was great, I can't remember his name but he was really knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information. I'm so glad I went on this tour, I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. Penguins are awesome!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an account executive to arrange a last-minute trip, and I have to say that it was a really enjoyable experience. This company is a total scam. They gave me wrong information on the phone just to get a sale. I had to keep bugging them for nearly two months to hear about my claim, and there was no one around to talk to about my worries. It's been a total waste of money. I've been buying travel insurance for ages, and I can definitely say this is the worst company I've ever come across.

5-7 day delivery
I'm really disappointed with this company's lack of efficiency. I ordered something a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out. How come they say it takes 5-7 days for delivery but can't even manage that? It's just so frustrating and not fair. I don't get why they think it's okay to make customers wait so long for their orders to even be sorted, let alone arrive. The fact that they don't keep us updated or tell us what's going on is really annoying. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
