Pre-ordered games never arrived
I pre-ordered a bunch of games from this company and eagerly awaited their arrival after they were released. But, unfortunately, they never turned up. I tried reaching out to them via email several times over the course of two months, but I didn't hear back from them at all. Frustratingly, I had to contact my bank to get my money back. It was only after that, that the company finally responded, accusing my bank of being dodgy. My overall experience with them was really unprofessional and dishonest. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Canceled order
This company is a total nightmare to deal with. I placed an order, but then changed my mind after reading all the terrible reviews online. Even though I got an email saying my order was cancelled, they still went ahead and charged my credit card. Now I'm having to fight with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I'd steer clear of this company, they can't be trusted and will take your money no matter what.
Pre-ordered game
I recently pre-ordered a game from this company and paid for it well in advance. But, it's been over two weeks now and I still haven't received the game. I tried getting in touch through email, live chat, and the contact us form, but I didn't get any response at all. The lack of customer service and order fulfilment is just terrible. I strongly suggest steering clear of this company.
Pre-order refund
I pre-ordered a game from this company not too long ago, but I had to cancel my order. I tried several times to ask for a refund, but their customer service team didn't get back to me at all. I even went as far as sending a proper letter threatening legal action and getting the police involved, but it didn't make any difference. Their lack of communication and failure to give me my money back has left me really let down and annoyed.
Game online
I bought a game online from this company and I still haven't got it after 6 weeks. It's really not on. I've sent three emails about my order, but I've not heard anything back. It looks like this company doesn't give a damn about their customers or actually getting their orders out.
In-stock item
I bought something from this company that was supposed to be in stock. But, it's been two weeks now and I still haven't received it. I tried getting in touch with their customer service through chat and email, but they haven't responded. It's really frustrating when a company you rely on doesn't come through for you.
