Shady payment methods
Dealing with that dodgy sister company was an absolute nightmare. I tried to buy a game from Offer Games, but got redirected to their sister company instead. To make matters worse, my order mysteriously increased by £7, and I never even received it! And guess what? They still charged me for it. What a complete scam!
DS purchase
I'm really disappointed with this company, mate. They scammed me by taking my money and not sending the item I paid for. It's so annoying that they're still in business tricking other people. I bought a DS back in January, and now it's nearly March and still no sign of my order or any updates from them.
Pre-ordered product delayed
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution from the company. I've only had one email in response, and now I've been left in the dark about the status of my pre-ordered product. The release date has come and gone over two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for any updates or a fix for this problem. I've tried to get in touch with the company through different ways, but I haven't heard anything back. Delayed delivery of in-stock item
I'm really disappointed with this company as a customer. I ordered an item three weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Even though it's supposedly in stock, the lack of communication and unresponsive chat services and emails have made it a really frustrating experience. It seems like this company isn't reliable and might even be up to no good. I've had to get my bank involved now to sort it out, which is just adding to the hassle. Pre-ordered games never arrived
I pre-ordered a bunch of games from this company and eagerly awaited their arrival after they were released. But, unfortunately, they never turned up. I tried reaching out to them via email several times over the course of two months, but I didn't hear back from them at all. Frustratingly, I had to contact my bank to get my money back. It was only after that, that the company finally responded, accusing my bank of being dodgy. My overall experience with them was really unprofessional and dishonest. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Canceled order
This company is a total nightmare to deal with. I placed an order, but then changed my mind after reading all the terrible reviews online. Even though I got an email saying my order was cancelled, they still went ahead and charged my credit card. Now I'm having to fight with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I'd steer clear of this company, they can't be trusted and will take your money no matter what.

I tried getting in touch through email, live chat, and the contact us form, but I didn't get any response at all. The lack of customer service and order fulfilment is just terrible. I strongly suggest steering clear of this company.

I pre-ordered a game from this company not too long ago, but I had to cancel my order. I tried several times to ask for a refund, but their customer service team didn't get back to me at all. I even went as far as sending a proper letter threatening legal action and getting the police involved, but it didn't make any difference. Their lack of communication and failure to give me my money back has left me really let down and annoyed.
