Reusable shopping bags
I've been a regular customer at Poundshop for a while now, and I've always been amazed by the wide range of products they have at such great prices. However, I recently bought some of their reusable shopping bags and I have to say I was a bit let down. I got a few as usual, but when I started using them, I realised they were not as strong as I'd hoped. The material felt really thin and easily tore, which made it tricky for me to carry my shopping without worrying that the bags would give way. I try to do my bit for the environment by using reusable bags, and I was hoping these would last me a while, but sadly, they weren't up to scratch when it came to quality.
Easy ordering, informed, good packaging
I've just placed an order with this company, and I have to say, the whole process was dead easy. The website was a doddle to use, and I had no bother picking out what I wanted. It was nice that they kept me in the loop with updates on my order and when it was sent out. When my stuff turned up, it was all wrapped up nice and secure in plastic bags to stop any leaks, which was a good touch. Luckily, nothing leaked, and everything came in tip-top condition. All in all, I was chuffed with how it all went down and I reckon I'll be placing another order with them in the future.

I bought 478 plastic champagne flutes from Poundshop, but sadly, around 80 of them were damaged when they arrived. I was really disappointed because I had a special event coming up that I wanted to use them for. But, I got in touch with the customer service team, and they were quick to sort it out by giving me a full refund for the broken flutes. I'm grateful for their fast action and the solution they provided.

Oh my gosh, I went to Poundshop and found some really good stuff! They had a great selection of items and everything I was looking for was available. The service was excellent too. The only downside was that it took about 3-5 days for my delivery to arrive, and I wasn't sure when it was coming until the courier contacted me. But apart from that, I'm really pleased with my purchase!
Small border fencing and garden lights
I was so gutted with my latest buy from Poundshop. The little border fencing I got was all smashed up when it turned up and loads of the garden lights I bought have packed up after not even a few months. The stuff was definitely not good enough quality, and I'm proper disappointed with the rubbish things they're selling.

I really wish the packaging and postage were cheaper because then I'd buy more often. It's great for stocking up on household items here. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was wrapped up like a present.
Bulk order restrictions
I've been shopping at this online store for ages now, but I'm really not happy with the recent changes since the big high street retailer took over. It seems crazy to have a limit of just 2 items per product - it's so restricting. I used to enjoy getting lots of things at a discount, so this new rule is really annoying and feels totally unnecessary. Boots and Superdrug let you buy up to 10 of the same item, so why have they suddenly gone so strict?

I really enjoy shopping at this place because the delivery drivers are absolutely fantastic! They always deliver my items on time and are really friendly and helpful. The things I order are always in perfect condition and exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the prices are really affordable, so I can buy lots of great stuff without breaking the bank.
Shopping For My Bedroom
Oh my gosh, I bought some really cute things for my bedroom from this website. Then I realised I needed a VAT receipt, so I messaged them and requested one. Can you believe it? They completely ignored me! I didn't receive a response or a receipt. It's so not cool. I mean, seriously, it's the law to provide a VAT receipt when requested!

Quick delivery, damaged box
I received my order the next day, but unfortunately the box was a bit damaged from the top and one of the items inside was damaged as well. Luckily, they are issuing a refund for the damaged item. Despite this, overall I would say it was a positive experience.
