Holiday
We booked a £4000 holiday to Cuba on the 28th of December, all inclusive for March 2023.
After paying the full amount, only by chance we were made aware that we may have to pay an additional £300 for US Visas because our flights change in Miami (we aren't even leaving the airport).
I contacted Love Holidays via their live chat (which by the way is the only way to contact them).
A very obnoxious agent called Banele told me that they cannot give any details as to travel requirements and I needed to check online.
I then asked to cancel the holiday and was informed that I would only receive a refund of £1867.87 of the £4000 we have paid.
We are also unable to speak to anyone on the telephone as it is more than 4 weeks until our holiday.
Starting small claims claim today for the full amount.

I love the Hershesons straightener
My straightening iron got damaged two months ago. It got burnt. I thought I would be able to repair it but was not able to. I needed a new straightener for my hair. I ordered my straightener from their store which was delivered without any fault. I have been using it for a while now with no complaints. I hope to order more products from the store soon for my hair.
