iphone
I purchased a iPhone 8 Plus 16/02/24 which was faulty, would not turn on even after a 24h charge. sent back to exchange for 2nd iPhone.within 24h it started to freeze.i reset the phone but continued to freeze every day. Apple customer support confirmed software fault. i Reported fault 01/03/24 and was to return for refund. My very sick wife who is END OF LIFE was taken ill and in critical condition. I could not get home to post iPhone back until i returned home for a days rest on the 02/04/24.i kept seller fully updated with my situation, THEY SAID "POST WHEN YOU CAN". the iPhone was delivered to them on 04/04/24, tracking number QZ712669220GB.THEY NOW REFUSE TO REFUND US AND HAVE THE IPHONE I RETURNED. complete dishonesty, theft and fraudulent behaviour.

I Purchased a mirror from Pebble Grey, 6 weeks ago for a new bathroom, i opened last week to find the wall bracket missing and damage to the mirror itself, looking at the box, it seem that this was repackaged and sent to me, i.e another client had sent back and they have resent to me. i brought in good faith and yes i should have opened before but i stupidly trusted Pebble Grey to provide me with a quality product. they have refused to do anything and about this and it quite clear they have supplied a incomplete damaged product. Be Careful

Lovely keyboard
I needed keyboards and a piano for our end-of-the-year choir performance. Our keyboard was bad. I decided to order some sets from instruments4music. I got the delivery so fast. I love the sweetness of the keyboard. It was not as heavy as our old keyboard. It music keys was soft and easy to play with. It produces lovely and smooth sounds in the air. In terms of pricing not too expensive. Overall it was a great instrument for the choirs. We love it it makes our music sweet and melodious. We had a lovely end-of-the-year choir performance. Kudos to our instrumentalist and a great instrument from instruments4music

I would give 0 if I could. Horrible company. Sent me mountain bike with locked fork without informing me anywhere about it. Went for a ride, twisted my wrist and bended wheel. After getting back and forth with them, they stated it's my fault and repair like this is not under their warranty. Firstly I was waiting for a month for a box from them, and After that, they say it's not their fault that it takes that long. In the end I will have to pay to fix everything myself, for a bike that I just spent over a grand from them. Customer service awful, running in circles, blaming customers for everything. AVOID at all costs !!! Worst company I've ever dealt with !!!! Hope karma will come back to you !
