    I was born into a family that cherished sports a lot and I have kept the pace during all my years in life. If companies into making of sports wears are to give award among the highest best consuming customers, I could have been among the winners. What is there is that due to my passion for sport activities, I have bought so many sports wears - both clothing and footwear including accessories. Reebok is one of companies that have shared from my buying. However, the good thing is that Reebok products are good and what any sensible sport man should find comfort in buying just like myself. All I do is order from online and get it delivered to me right at my door post and I start using same.

    GT40s treadmill

    I purchased the GT40s treadmill roughly 5 years ago, and I have to admit, it's still going strong. It's a tad louder now than when I first bought it, but that's to be expected after using it for around 2 hours a day. I had to contact customer service once while it was still under warranty, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the engineer managed to resolve the problem, within a week. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one down the line.

    I recently bought a pair of trainers online, and it was a bit of a nightmare because I didn't get the confirmation email straight away. When I saw that the money had been taken from my account on Monday morning, I was anxious about whether I'd actually get my order or not. But then, to my surprise, I got an email from UPS saying that my delivery was coming, and I ended up getting my trainers without any problems.

    I am really loving my recent purchase of the Celtic Pumps and Club C 1985s. The quality of the leather is amazing, and they are so comfortable to wear. I also like that they have an easy Returns and Refund policy in case the shoes don't fit right. Overall, it was a great online shopping experience.

    Alright, so I ordered these really nice trainers in black and white, but you'll never believe what happened - they never turned up! I tried getting in touch with customer service, but I didn't hear anything back at all. It feels like they're not interested in looking after their customers. Definitely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!

    I'm really frustrated because I haven't received my refund yet. I've sent them several emails but haven't heard back. The chat function on their website isn't helpful at all, it just keeps directing me to the returns page. It's been weeks since I returned the item to their warehouse!

    Guest checkout issue

    So, I ordered some shoes online as a guest, without making an account. But I didn't receive an email confirmation or anything, so I don't even have an order number to track it. When I tried to contact customer service, it was a disaster. The UK site wouldn't let me talk to anyone, and the US site chat couldn't help with my UK order at all. They just gave me a phone number that didn't work! Now I have no idea if I'll get my shoes or if I need to start a dispute through Paypal. It's such a mess!

    I recently bought a medium-sized t-shirt from this company, but unfortunately, it didn't fit me well even though I usually wear a medium. When I got the item, I tried to return it following the instructions given, but I had a lot of problems along the way. The directions on the website and in the email didn't match up, which was confusing and ended up wasting my time. I had to go to the UPS drop off point multiple times because of the incorrect info I was given. All in all, I wasted an hour of my time and fuel trying to return the item. It was frustrating having to borrow a printer from a friend just to print the documents I needed. It's annoying that what should have been a simple return for a £7 t-shirt ended up being such a hassle and taking up so much of my time.

    So, I bought some really nice trainers online, but it was a complete disaster! I waited for two weeks and still hadn't received my order. It didn't even show as being shipped! I tried contacting them through messages and emails, but received no response. Can you believe it? And to top it off, I didn't even get a confirmation email after they took my money. After finally managing to get through to them on the phone, they still didn't send a confirmation email. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services again, ever! I'm out of pocket and I have nothing to show for it in terms of trainers. I'm honestly surprised that such a renowned company could provide such awful customer service.

    Weight lifting shoes

    I bought a pair of weight lifting shoes from this company recently but my experience was really disappointing. I got an email saying "Thanks for your order" but then nothing happened, my item didn't get shipped! I tried to contact them in all sorts of ways, even their chatbot, but nothing worked. In the end, I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. The lack of communication and bad customer service left me feeling really disheartened and annoyed. After this, I definitely won't be buying anything from them again. It's clear that they have some serious issues that they need to sort out quickly if they want to keep their customers and reputation intact.

    Two pairs of shoes purchased

    I got two sets of shoes but only got one in the package. The customer service lot at that shop wouldn't give me my money back even though they broke their own rules. I'd recommend steering clear of ordering from them and trying a different seller if you're keen on those shoes. And to top it off, they replied to me in a whole other language, which was pretty useless and annoying.

    I bought a pair of trainers not long ago, but they turned out to be faulty after only 2 months of wearing them a little bit. The stitching at the front of the shoe started to come loose, which was a bit of a letdown since I hadn't worn them much.
