Recent clothing purchases
I've been a loyal customer for years now and the majority of my wardrobe is filled with this brand's clothing. However, I've started to notice a drop in the quality of their products recently, which has left me feeling a bit disappointed. There seems to be inconsistency in the materials being used, resulting in some items not meeting the high standards I'm used to from this brand. On top of that, my recent experience with their customer service wasn't great. I reached out to them about a misleading sales tactic, but the response I got wasn't helpful at all and left me feeling really frustrated. All in all, I'm beginning to have doubts about my loyalty to the brand because of these issues.
Imber jacket
I bought an Imber jacket from the store recently because it was described as versatile. But when I got it and tried it on, I realised it only seemed to work well when completely zipped up with the hood on. The flaps didn't seem to serve much purpose otherwise. I was a bit let down by this, so I contacted customer service to share my disappointment. They said they'd look into any possible manufacturing issues, but also pointed out that hikers had given the design their approval.
