    I wanted to share my experience of booking a New Year's Eve river cruise with a popular company. It was all set for a fun night, but then two weeks before, I got an email saying the cruise got cancelled because of a broken gearbox that couldn't be fixed in time. This not only messed up my plans for the big night but also meant I was stuck with a £690 hotel booking that I couldn't get rid of. They did offer a refund for the cruise, but I was still left feeling pretty upset and out of pocket.

    As someone who's been holding onto a Merlin pass for a long time, I was absolutely taken aback and let down by the recent changes made to the disabled access system. My son has autism, meaning he needs some extra help when it comes to waiting in long lines. Before, the ride access pass card allowed us to skip the regular queues, making our trips much easier to handle. But on our last visit, we found out about the new rule where we had to book the ride access pass in advance, a rule that we hadn't been properly told about. This lack of info meant we were denied the help we really needed, just like other families in the same boat. The way the management dealt with it was just awful. Instead of being understanding and kind to families with special needs, they seemed fine with sending us away, even though we'd come from far away. The lack of flexibility and empathy shown to disabled people was just really disappointing and went against the family-friendly image the park tries to keep up. All in all, a really sad experience that's made me see the park in a different light.

    I really enjoyed the holiday in general. The driver was great and the hotel staff were really friendly. The food was delicious and the hotel was nice and clean. However, it would have been even better if they had chosen a ferry with a lift for disabled people or if they had let the main group go ahead to avoid waiting around unnecessarily.     Super comfy shoes

    I am absolutely loving my new shoes! They are super comfy and really stylish. The customer service team were amazing when I needed to swap them for a different size. I'm now a big fan of this brand and will definitely be recommending it to all my friends.

    Running gear and outdoor clothing

    I popped into the store in Knutsford a couple of times with my husband, thanks to a Christmas voucher we got. We were both really pleased with all the stuff they had there. I had bought a pair of Striders trousers online, but they didn't fit right so I needed to swap them. The staff were so helpful and made the exchange really easy. I also picked up a micro fleece and an Eos jacket for my Winter runs, and they've been great quality and keeping me toasty on those cold mornings.

    Car selling experience

    I've just given that Carwow car selling service a go, and I've got to admit, it was impressively smooth all the way through. I popped my car up for sale on a Monday night and it had been snapped up at auction just two days later on Wednesday. They picked up the car the next week, and I was kept in the loop with updates and messages throughout. Everything went like clockwork, no stress at all, and I'm a happy customer now.

    Leadership and Management + Marketing Course M1

    I think in general the courses have been good and informative and have had a good overview of the different things. I liked that the courses have been not extensively long but to the most part just communicated the most essential things. Sometimes, I would have liked more ‘real-life’ examples as sometimes things were slightly vague. The only real negative feedback I can give is that I am receiving between 1 and 6 emails a day which is starting to become slightly annoying. I would consider doing more condensed information and fewer emails.

    Reliable Insurance Company

    Though I have already have one car insurance with Axa for my Toyta SUV but this time to know differences I have taken out Insurance for my Chevrolet from ASDA
    To be frank nothing additional or different
    But market response is very positive in terms of claim settlements.
    There are some extra expert suggestions to minimize burden of budget they give as an option to every customer ..In fact this is a plus point.

    One steareo set MC 20DAB micro system booked on 18 August and delivered on 21 August.
    Packing was quite good,look wize very nice
    Sound is key factor .
    Bass and woofer is nice. Yes cost is same as other shop.
    I can rate it 8 out of 10.
