Cheap vinyls
After reading some bad reviews, I wasn't sure about buying vinyl records from Roov. But I thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did. The delivery was quick and everything arrived in mint condition, still sealed. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and I'd definitely buy from Roov again.
Ceramic plant pot
I bought a ceramic plant pot from Roov recently, but I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The pot wasn't packaged properly for delivery, just chucked in a cardboard box with a tiny piece of bubble wrap at the bottom. There was no extra padding or protection, so it arrived all smashed up and completely unusable. I was really frustrated with the lack of care taken in packing such a valuable item. I've already reached out to their customer service about getting a refund, but I haven't heard back from them yet and it's just made me even more annoyed.
mugs and cushions
SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy from this company. They take your money and never deliver anything because they don't actually hold stock of any items. I have placed 3 separate orders with them, and have not received any of them. I called up after a month enquiring about when could I expect to receive my orders, only to find out that my orders had not even been dispatched yet. In this whole month, no one from this company has been in touch to give me any updates about my orders, despite seeing how much money I have spent with them and the fact that none of my orders were moving. On top of this unreasonable delay, I was given a vague and b...llshit reason about it when I asked about it. I was told that "that the products are being sent from an overflow warehouse (what even is that?) to their main warehouse from where they are being dispatched". I did not appreciate being lied to in this way! Not even a two year old could believe that a company would waste time and money shipping stock from one warehouse to another to then ship to the consumer. Absolute b...llshit! At least have the courtesy to have a plausible explanation. I was also promised that they would enquire about the delay of my orders with the "purchasing manager" and then they would come back to me. Needless to say, no one has bothered to come back to me or send me any updates. Please do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else. Don't waste your time and money with these scammers.
