Needing urgent 50-foot fence installation
I needed to urgently get a 50-foot fence put up after a big wind storm and was really worried about finding a company that could do it quickly and at a good price. However, I came across this fantastic company run by Dave, who managed to schedule me in just 4 days after my initial call! His team arrived while I was at school and by the time I returned home, the fence was already up and it looked perfect! I was really impressed by the quality of their work. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and dependable. And you'll never guess what? Their prices were much better than all the other companies I had contacted. I am so pleased with their service that I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a fence installation!
Unworn Christian Louboutin shoes
I recently bought a pair of brand new Christian Louboutin shoes from the store, but unfortunately they didn't fit me. When I tried to return them, the store deducted 10% from my refund because they claimed there were some small scratches on the soles. These scratches probably happened when I tried them on indoors. I carefully read through the store's terms and conditions, and there was nothing that said they could do this deduction. I also found out that the store had already sold the shoes I returned. Despite this problem, I have to say that the shoes arrived quickly and the return process only took 2 days. I hope the store can sort this out so I can keep shopping there.

Manolo Hangisis, wedding shoes
I ordered a pair of Manolo Hangisis for my wedding but had to exchange them for a smaller size. The request was dealt with within the time they said and they gave me clear instructions for the return. It took a little longer to deal with as they're in Sweden but it was worth the wait. The guidelines for returning items make sense, especially for something as valuable as these shoes. I got a really good deal during the Black Friday sales. I suggest following the rules for a positive experience. I'll definitely return for more designer shoes in the future. Highly recommended.

Hangisis, perfect packaging
I recently got myself two pairs of fantastic shoes from this place and they arrived very well packaged. I'm over the moon with my purchase. The company is located in a Scandinavian country and they're really impressing me with their top-notch quality and presentation. I have to admit though, they're a bit slow in replying to emails and good luck getting them to answer the phone. But still, I'm definitely planning on buying from them again.

When I asked for help, they weren't very helpful and didn't offer any solution. Now I'm having to go through PayPal to sort it out. It's been a letdown, so I wouldn't suggest buying from this store.
Failed credit card orders
I tried to buy some stuff using my old credit cards, and it didn't go well. The company cancelled both orders, saying it was for security reasons. They suggested I use PayPal, but I don't have it. Now I have to wait 14 days for refunds. What's weird is that I've used one of the cards before without any issues. It's been a bit frustrating and confusing, to be honest.
Manolo Blahnik Hangisi's
I bought a pair of Manolo Blahnik Hangisi's from this company when they were on sale. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived, I was let down as they were put in the wrong box and one of them had a loose thread on the buckle. This was not up to standard for a designer shoe.
Christian Louboutin sandals
I bought my girlfriend a pair of sandals from this shop, and unfortunately, they turned out to be faulty. The inner sole started coming off after only 2 minutes of her wearing them! I got in touch with the store and sent them some photos, but they were not helpful at all and wouldn't let us return the sandals. I even took them to a shoe repair service, and they confirmed there was a defect but couldn't repair it. This whole situation has really made me think twice about shopping at that store again, as they don't seem to take responsibility for their products.
Pair of designer shoes
I bought a fancy pair of shoes from this website, but it was a real letdown. The package turned up with just an empty shoe box, which was a big warning sign. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd check with the courier, which didn't seem right to me. After waiting for ages with no updates, I contacted them again. They promised me a gift card to buy the shoes again, but the gift card links didn't work three times before I finally got a code. Then, they hiked up the price and refused to send me a new pair of shoes. All in all, a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Refunded order with transaction fee
I had a bit of a nightmare with a company in Sweden recently. I ordered something from them over the Holidays, but they went and cancelled it out of the blue, all because of "security" issues apparently. And as if that wasn't annoying enough, they even kept $20 when they refunded me! To top it off, they had the cheek to suggest I make a new order using PayPal. Safe to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Should have checked this site first!
I really wish I had looked at this website before I placed my order, the service was absolutely awful. They wouldn't refund my money in any way that was convenient for them.
Trousers and a blouse
The returns policy is just ridiculous! They want you to sort out a return within 3 days of getting the item, but then take over a week to even reply to your email. And you've only got 3 days after arranging the return to actually send it back. It's a nightmare trying to figure out the unclear return process with FedEx labels and home collection requirements. And don't even get me started on the painfully slow customer service that takes a whole month to give you a refund.
