I bought a fab pair of black stiletto shoes from this shop not long ago. Ordering was a breeze, and my delivery came in just 2 days, all nicely wrapped up. I was well impressed with how quickly it arrived and the top-notch packaging that kept my shoes in tip-top condition. All in all, I'm a happy customer and would defo suggest this place to others in the future.
Unworn Christian Louboutin shoes
I recently bought a pair of brand new Christian Louboutin shoes from the store, but unfortunately they didn't fit me. When I tried to return them, the store deducted 10% from my refund because they claimed there were some small scratches on the soles. These scratches probably happened when I tried them on indoors. I carefully read through the store's terms and conditions, and there was nothing that said they could do this deduction. I also found out that the store had already sold the shoes I returned. Despite this problem, I have to say that the shoes arrived quickly and the return process only took 2 days. I hope the store can sort this out so I can keep shopping there.
Discounted designer shoes
I bought a pair of designer shoes on sale from this shop thinking I'd get a bargain on a luxury brand. But when they arrived, I was let down to see that they were all scuffed up and not as good as I'd hoped. Turns out the brand doesn't even make that style anymore, which made me question if they were real at all. The person I talked to in customer service couldn't tell me anything about the shoes, which just made me even more annoyed. The only good thing was that I could send the shoes back without any bother.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this company and I still haven't got my package. It's been weeks and I've not heard a peep from them. I've tried ringing customer service a bunch of times but they never answer. I reckon I've been ripped off and I'd warn everyone to steer clear of this website.
Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this store thinking they were an authorised seller. But, after wearing them for only a few hours, the insides started falling apart. When I asked for help, they weren't very helpful and didn't offer any solution. Now I'm having to go through PayPal to sort it out. It's been a letdown, so I wouldn't suggest buying from this store.
Fast delivery, perfect product, beautifully packaged, discounted price
I bought something from this online shop not long ago, and honestly, I was really impressed with everything. The delivery was super quick, the item I got was in perfect condition, and it was nicely wrapped. What I really liked was that I got a discount with a coupon code, which made my buy even better. I would definitely buy from here again without any hesitation.
Failed credit card orders
I tried to buy some stuff using my old credit cards, and it didn't go well. The company cancelled both orders, saying it was for security reasons. They suggested I use PayPal, but I don't have it. Now I have to wait 14 days for refunds. What's weird is that I've used one of the cards before without any issues. It's been a bit frustrating and confusing, to be honest.
