Returned 3 items and kept 3 other items
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and it was a bit hit and miss, to be honest. I had to send back three things and it took ages, like 15 days, for me to get my money back, which was annoying. On the bright side, the other three items I kept were top-notch quality and I was well chuffed with them. All in all, the products themselves were great but they definitely need to sort out their returns system.
Sunglasses purchase
I recently bought some sunglasses from this company and it was a total let-down. I ordered and paid for them on the 12th of May, but they ended up getting lost in Madrid. I haven't heard anything about what's going on with my order since then, which is really frustrating. The lack of communication and service from this company is unacceptable. I definitely wouldn't recommend them for anyone looking to make a purchase in the future.
Jersey purchase
When I first bought a jersey from this company, I was really looking forward to it. But when I tried it on, I was gutted to find out that it was too small. So, I sent it back in perfect condition, only to be told that I couldn't get a refund or exchange. And now they won't even send me back the original jersey - they're saying I have to go all the way to Spain to collect it, even though I'm in the USA. The way they're treating me is really not on, and I'd advise against dealing with them.
Clothing items
The stuff I got were way smaller than what I actually wanted. It wasn't a big deal because I was planning to swap them anyway. But then time passed so quickly, and all of a sudden, I was a week late for the returns. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask if I could still swap them, even if I had to pay for the delivery. It was my fault, I went over the time limit, after all. But they told me that once you miss the deadline, they can't really help you as they don't have to. I'm not sure why they don't want to help their customers, but it seems like they only do when they're forced to. (Just to be clear, the EU says online shops need to give a 14-day return policy, so I don't think they'd do it out of the kindness of their hearts).
Quick response and resolution
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for dealing with my issue so quickly and effectively. The way they sorted everything out and looked after me has really made me believe in them as a company.
Snowboard jacket purchase
I was really nervous when I read all those bad reviews online about where I got my snowboard jacket from. But you know what? It arrived super quickly, only took 4 days! And it fits me like a glove! Feeling totally ready for my holiday now, yay!
Lightweight, technical clothes in a variety of colors/patterns
The clothes in this shop are really stylish and practical, with lots of lightweight and technical options in different colours and patterns. The website made it super easy to shop without any problems, and the size guide was really useful for getting the right fit. I've bought 8 items over a few months and they've all been perfect, standing up well to whatever I've thrown at them.
Quick review of my recent purchases
I bought two products not long ago, but I was really disappointed with the quality. The sunglasses I got started showing weird spots in less than three months, and the cycling shorts I bought had straps that snapped after only three uses. I was let down by how quickly both items broke down.
Bike clothing purchase
I absolutely love the bike clothing I bought, it's top-notch! The quality and fit are superb, and I couldn't be happier with my new jersey and gilet from this brand.
Small-sized items, return process
I bought something from this company recently, and I have to say I was quite disappointed with the size of the items. They turned out to be much smaller than I had anticipated, so I had to go through the trouble of sending them back. What's more, I had to fork out an extra 6.95 EUR for the return shipping, and I didn't even get a return label. This whole ordeal has made me doubt the professionalism and dependability of this company. I'm now waiting to see how they deal with this problem, but I have to admit, I'm not feeling very hopeful.
About Siroko
The number one function of sports glasses is the protection of the eyes from dangerous objects. According to the National Eye Institute, up to 90 per cent of sports-related eye injuries could have been prevented by wearing protective eyewear. Sports glasses are specifically designed to fit securely and comfortably during physical activities, keeping the eye-safe and enhancing the vision of the athlete. Lenses of sports glasses are usually made of polycarbonate, an impact-resistant lens material that works well to prevent the eyes from fast-moving objects. Eye gear for sports is now mandated by many clubs, yet there is no one-size-fits-all in the use of this gear. It has to fit properly for top-notch performance of its protective use, at the same time, wearing sports glasses that are too small might prove hazardous by limiting peripheral vision and compromising performance. Sports glasses are important for adults and children alike, amateurs and pros. Most of them have ultraviolet protection which is important for long exposure in the sun that usually comes with outdoor activities. People that use prescriptive glasses and contact lenses can also meet their eye care provider to outfit their sports glasses with the correct lenses for them. It is also important that you use glasses designated for sporting activities specifically, as everyday glasses do not have the necessary frames to prevent breaking upon impact, and this might lead to more injury. Siroko is a company that produces sports glasses to enhance individual performance during sports. Read honest reviews of Siroko here before considering patronizing them.
