I always love the art of photography and in desirous of doing same. I got a distant uncle who was a photographer and I always admired him following his work on social media. However, for many reasons I couldnt attend an offline training and I decided to go online. Joel Grimes Photography was the best chosen among others when it comes to online photography trainings. I was motivated by the number of good reviews I read about the company and I told myself, all these can't just be lies. I'm glad they were not lies as I got the best of photography class with Joel Grimes Photography. That online course saw me becoming a professional photographer I always dreamt of. Totally thankful to Joel Grimes Photography.

Worst company I have ever dealt. I would never ever give this company my time or money ever again. I believe positive reviews on this page are false as this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ive rang and emailed them multiple times for information about my order. They took £250 out of my account and I waited 7 weeks for my product with NO communication for them at all. No tracking number. No delivery date. I am utter disgusted how this company can still operate. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. I rang Saturn’s with the promise of a call back on Monday with information on where my product was. Monday I had no phone all- no surprise. Tuesday I called them again after several phone calls to get through. The woman was rude and non apologetic. This is basic customer service. By this point I had enough. They promised me a call back within an hour. Yes they didn’t call me back with no communication. DO NOT buy from this company!!!
Same here, I placed an order for a replacement canopy on the 19th May 2020, I kept phoning them up... Over 90 calls, put me on hold and never get back, phone down on me, just don't answer phone, or tell me they're look for tracking number and get back to me same day, no they don't, the customer service staff are the rudest. I've ever come across. I've told them several times I want my money back in my bank account only to be told they had made a delivery... Not to my address they didn't, so she then says they'll look into finding it, before they refund my money..... You lost it, not me!!! I've been advised that the TV programme Rip Off Britain would be interested in this firm.
