Last order disappointment
I've been buying stuff from this company for a while now, must've placed about seven orders so far. But gotta say my last purchase was a bit of a let-down. I got the 'bride and groom double' item, but it had a problem - the bride was meant to have a dress on in the photos, but the one I got just had normal legs. It looked like just a white outfit rather than the cool product I thought I was getting. I emailed the company, sent the item back, and did get a refund. Good thing is they seem to have fixed the pictures on the website now.
Late delivery!!
I placed an order on May 3rd and I'm still waiting for my parcel. I've sent numerous messages but haven't received any response. I'm really disappointed and definitely won't be buying from them again.

Padded blanket purchase
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received from Snugzy. I ordered a padded blanket, but had problems with the delivery. When I contacted them to check on my order, the customer service reps were not helpful at all. I tried several times to sort things out, but they didn't keep me informed or follow up properly. It took more than a week of frustrating emails before they finally agreed to send a replacement. I still haven't heard anything about when it will arrive. It's frustrating to see other customers with good experiences when mine has been so bad.
Cushion purchase
I found this absolutely amazing cushion on an online store the other day. It arrived really quickly and it looks absolutely stunning. It's totally different from anything else I've seen before. I'm definitely going to get another one for my grandson's 21st birthday because I know he will absolutely adore it.
