I recently bought a stool from this company and, to be honest, I was really disappointed with both the quality of the stool and the customer service I got. The stool was so flimsy that it would tip over with just a slight nudge, which made it feel unsafe for more than one person to sit on. When I asked to return it because of safety worries, they were not very helpful and said I couldn't return it because they claimed it had been used in a commercial setting, which just wasn't true and wasn't in their return policy. All in all, I thought the stools were poorly made and the customer service was just not up to scratch.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered some briefs and bras, paid extra for fast delivery, and yet here I am, 12 days later, still waiting for my order to be dispatched. I've contacted them multiple times through their chat support, but all I get is the promise that someone will get back to me. However, no one ever does. There are no emails, no solutions, just the same old "we have received your complaint" line. It's ridiculous. The lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unbelievable. I had a go at using this app and it was an absolute disaster. My wee sister ended up in tears because she couldn't figure out how to do anything on it. Fantastic motorhome rental
The motorhome we hired was absolutely fantastic! It was super comfortable and had all the cool gadgets we needed. There was loads of space to store all our belongings, and the fridge/freezer was massive! We even managed to bake cookies in the oven, how amazing is that? The heating kept us warm on those chilly nights, snuggled up in our cosy motorhome. The only downside was that the hose had a hole in it, so we couldn't have a water fight, and it was a bit short. Also, the mattresses were really firm, like sleeping on bricks. However, overall, we had an incredible time and would definitely rent again!

I was super nervous about ordering a bed off Bedworld following the bad reviews. The bed arrived within the timeframe (I asked for express delivery and it came on day 6). The gentleman who delivered it even carried the mattress upstairs (though he said he wasn't supposed to!) I was super impressed with the quality, the bed is a lovely colour. I ordered duck egg blue king sized divan bed. Cant complain. Used a promo code online and got the bed 20% off too, super happy.

Bed are cheaply made, from cheap products, not finished well. The measurements are not the same as advertised. The customer service is beyond poor, they do not answer the call. They may or may not reply to an email, but they are just fob of replies. They then do not respond again. They take your hard earned cash In replacement for very poor quality products. The bed I bought was for a spare room but would have preferred to pay more for a product that will need replacing.

RIP-OFF warning!!! When you may want to return the absolute rubbish they've send to you (they only sell rubbish, poorly made, ill-fitting, and broken leftovers from their warehouses nowadays) you'll come across an idiotic "Customer Care team" with exotic (!) names such as Neet and Montana ... They will do their absolutely best to get rid of you and never send you a refund! They will tell you that proof of them receiving the returned items (i.e. tracking on the post office site) is not enough!! They'd need proof of "proof of return".... If you come across them raise the matter with your credit card and also file a complaint with citizens' advice - with some luck they'll go out of business!you must be lucky then has someone for the customer care team contacted you and how?

I still haven’t received my parcel I placed on order on 26th of august it’s been seven I’ve received my tracking number but no parcel , I paid a lot of money for my things @isawitfirst I want my money back
OMG DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING DELIVERY WOULD BE FRIDAY 3RD 7AM TO 7AM..NOTHING...OFFICES CLOSED (PROB CORONAVIRUS) BUT EMAILED X6 TIMES. I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT AGAIN NOTHING.
I EVEN REMOVED THE OLD BED ON THE MORNING OF DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY HAD GIVEN ME THAT DATE FOR DELIVERY..WHAT MAKES ME REALLY ANGRY IS THAT I EXPLANED IN ONE OF MY MANY EMAILS IS THAT THE NEW BED WAS FOR MY MOTHER WHO HAS PARKINSONS AND DEMENTIA BUT STILL NOTHING THEY DONT BLOODY CARE.
