    I'm completely gobsmacked by the poor communication and inefficiency from both DPS and Tennis Point. I was told in an email that my delivery would arrive on a certain day, but it never came. No updates, no explanations, it's just not on.

    I bought a new racket from Tennis Point not long ago and I was pretty disappointed with how they handled their price guarantee. I found the same racket for cheaper on another website, so I reached out to Tennis Point with proof in the form of a link and screenshot. But it took them a whole 3 weeks to get back to me, and when they did, they simply said they wouldn't match the price without giving me any reasons why.
