    Broken toy part

    I've just got this amazing toy from a shop. Unfortunately, when it arrived, one of the parts was broken. I was really disappointed because I couldn't enjoy playing with it. Luckily, I contacted customer service and spoke to a lovely lady named Nadia. She was incredibly helpful and gave me clear instructions on what to do next. She even arranged for a replacement part to be sent out, and it should be here in just 72 hours! Thanks to Nadia, my toy will soon be fixed and I can start playing with it again. Big thanks to Nadia for making my little brother so happy! You're the best!

    Recently purchased children's toys

    I've shopped with this toy retailer for my kids a few times now and every time has been great. But on my last order, I had a bit of a problem and had to get in touch with customer service. I spoke to a guy called Fraser who was really helpful, quick, and knew his stuff. He sorted out the issue straight away and made sure my order went through correctly. I was really impressed with how well Fraser helped me out, it really showed me this retailer cares about their customers. In the end, I'm happy with the service I got and will definitely keep buying toys for my kids from here.

    Next day delivery order resolved quickly

    I had a really good experience sorting out a problem with my next day delivery order. I ordered online but there was a mistake. I got in touch with customer service and Fraser managed to fix it in under 12 hours. On top of that, he made sure my delivery was rushed as I had paid for next day delivery. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got. It was a rush order for my daughter's birthday, and thanks to Fraser's speedy help, everything arrived on time.

    Bitzee toy

    I had such a great time in the store at Sheffield Meadowhall. The customer service was really outstanding, especially from Shaun. I was there with a young girl who has autism and she was really interested in the Bitzee toys. Shaun was amazing, he went out of his way to get one out of the box for her to try. His kindness really made her day, and I am so grateful to him for being so considerate.

    Replacement battery pack for Little Cooks Kitchen

    I had to get in touch with customer service about a missing battery pack for the Little Cooks Kitchen that we use at our Toddler Group. I was really happy with the service I got. They sent me a replacement unit without any charge, and it arrived in just a few days. The toddlers will be so excited as they really enjoy playing with the kitchen! I'm very thankful for the fantastic service.

    Lost soft toy

    My daughter lost her favourite soft toy which was no longer available, but thanks to the outstanding customer service from Anna and Nicola, we managed to find the last one in a nearby store.     So, you know, I bought this birthday present and completely forgot to add express delivery. When I made the purchase, I just asked if they could upgrade it in time for the big day.     Barbie toy purchase

    I recently bought some Barbie toys from this shop, only to discover that another popular toy store was selling the same things for a lot less money. The store's policy says they check prices, so I spoke to customer service about it. They said I'd need to return the items to get a refund. This is really frustrating because we're talking about a £20 difference! I think customers should be able to sort these issues out with customer service without having to go back to the store. I didn't even get offered a credit note or an apology for the inconvenience of having to return the items in person. It's not great having to make the trip, pay for parking, and spend money on fuel for just two items.

    Sand pit purchase arrived damaged

    I ordered a sand pit and when it arrived, it was all damaged. The box was squished and the sand pit had a big crack. But, I contacted them and they were really nice about it. They're sending me a new one, so I'm quite pleased. It's frustrating that it arrived broken, but I'm glad they're taking care of it for me.
