    Quick delivery, poor quality items

    The customer service was okay, but the clothes recommendations could do with some work. I was a bit let down by the quality of a few things I got - they weren't up to scratch. I've got seven items in total, but only two are good enough for me to wear. The rest will be going to charity.

    I can't believe how cheeky that company's refund policy is! I was just about to buy something when I thought I'd check their terms and conditions, and I was really surprised. They expect returns within 14 days and to top it off, customers have to foot the bill for return postage. But get this - they also stick on a ridiculous £2.99 handling fee for refunds! I've never heard of anything like it before, and it just feels like they're trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. After seeing all the bad reviews on Trustpilot, I quickly made up my mind to give this brand a miss. It's a shame because I really liked their dresses, but there's no way I'd support their dodgy business practices. Avoid this company like the plague!

    Men's jackets

    I recently bought a few men's jackets from this store and was a bit let down when I discovered that the linings were made of Nylon. It wasn't a great choice as it made my skin itch. I ended up returning them because of this. I hope they think about using higher quality materials in the future.

    Raincoat purchase

    Has anyone else experienced missing returns from this shop? I recently purchased a raincoat that arrived quickly, but it was much too big for me. I tried to return it, but I misplaced the receipt. When I contacted them for a refund, they said they hadn't received my return. It was really frustrating. Just earlier, I sent a package back to another company, and they confirmed they received it as soon as the post office had it. Why can't this shop be as organised as that?

    I was a bit unsure about buying from here at first because of some bad reviews I'd seen. But, I thought "why not" and I'm really happy I did! I ordered on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised when it turned up on the Friday. The delivery was fast and everything was packed nicely.

    I bought a jumper and some jeans from this place and I was so excited! But when the package arrived, one of the jeans had a massive hole in it! And to top it off, some of my items were missing and they didn't even bother to let me know! I'm still waiting to hear from them about it. The only positive thing was their social media ads.

    I recently bought some clothes from this company and I was really disappointed with their return policy. They said on their website that they follow the distance sale rules and allow returns, but that wasn't the case when I tried to return some items that didn't fit me well. They told me they only accept returns if the product is faulty. I was quite upset about this because it means customers can't return items for any other reason than defects. It's a shame to see a company not caring about customer satisfaction and not sticking to what they advertise. Just be careful if you decide to order from them because returning items might be a bit of a hassle.

    My sparkly jumper

    I ordered this really nice sparkly jumper from an online store, and it looked really cute, but unfortunately it didn't fit me properly. So, when I tried to swap it for a different size, they told me I had to pay for delivery and a processing fee for the return. I mean, come on, that's a bit of a rip-off, don't you think? Why can't they just make the exchange process easy without trying to get extra money out of me? It's just not fair. I have definitely decided I won't be shopping there again.
