boiler maintenance service
Took out boiler maintenance contract with British Gas. It had been only a few weeks since one of their engineer had come out and serviced the boiler, he failed to realise it was in an unusable bad state and left it running saying it was fine, few weeks later it brokedown in the middle of winter we were without hot water, when I requested for an engineer I was told their engineers were on strike and that I should contact another company to get it looked at. I was quoted between £300.00 to £500.00 an hour, when I informed British Gas of these extortionate costs they said it was not their problem that I could not afford it. Luckily a friend suggested I try a company he knew off who charged £110.00 to tell me the boiler is in a very dangerous state and that it was beyond repair, I was also told that the British Engineer who last serviced it should have realised the boiler was in a dangerous state. British Gas quoted me £3500 for a new boiler install, I got the job done for only £1800 by another comapany.
Not did they only leave my family with a boiler in dangerous state they were inconsiderate and uninterested in providing any form of help at our desperate hour, yet they had our money for the year's contract..I will never use this company again! They sent out a cowboy engineer who did not know what he was doing? and left us with a dangerous faulty boiler in running state.Review about: Parts in Motion
Air strut
I purchased a new front air strut for my car at a cost of over £500.00.first they lost my order so I had to reorder and lost my new customer discount of 80.00.
When I reordered they then lost the part at there warehouse,when it finally arrived it lasted 4 days and then broke.Now they want me to purchase another and wait upto 8 weeks for a refund if they deem it a warranty issiue.I have never had so much grief with one purchase from one company as I have with this company.I now have no car and with fitting 700.00 out of pocket.i can't afford to pay some one now for removal and another replacement.I did say I would not buy again !

4 week trial
The course material is laid out nicely, and the content is great. It is clear and on point. It was easy to get started and there has been help every step of the way. I'm only 2 days in and the only complaint I have thus far is that they flood your text messaging, and emails with upsell emails and the same reminders over and over constantly. So in that sense to me it feels a little forceful. But other than that I like it and been having a great time learning about nutrition.

I signed up and was very impressed with the lectures and their content. They account for a level 5 qualification and is evidence based learning allowing you to be informed and be taught by people that actually practice what they do.

Not two stars it’s Zero but won’t let me choose one or none
Shocking is not the word for this company! I have used them for years but my most recent order experience has been atrocious. I ordered three items two of which arrived within an acceptable timeframe however nearly 30 days later the other is nowhere to be seen. This one is a very large item and could not be sent with the two smaller items.
After a few weeks of not receiving the third item I called their “customer service” team which took nearly an hour on hold to get through. When I finally got through to someone they could not help but send an email to dispatch and they would get back to me. Few days past and no reply back from tjc so I called them again, this time only it only took 40 mins to get through. Again I got told they would send another email to dispatch. Yes you guessed it they did not get back to me. So I thought I would try an email. They did get back to me a day or two later to say they are busy and cannot give me any help but to call their “customer service” team!!!! I called their team again and this time it only took 15 minutes to get though and the agent said, yes you guessed it that she could not help me and she would send an email to dispatch and chase the missing item! When I questioned why this would be any different she said she would make it high priority (she basically ticked the high priority button on the email!). She then realised the tracking she has is probably for the two delivered items and not for the larger item. She also said that as there is no tracking details it is because it has not even been sent yet. I couldn’t believe they are now admitting they have not even sent it.
So here we are nearly 30 days since the order was placed and I am still waiting! Items being ordered and not being delivered is how the mess auction world got into and I fear this could be happening again with people losing their money on items that do not exist or have in stock.
