    I just bought a BDG bandana print fleece jacket from the store, and I have to say, I'm really happy with it! The jacket is stylish, comfy, and great quality.     Bad item and complicated return process

    I received my order and it was completely wrong. I attempted to return it, but the website was terrible. They instructed me to click on a "return" button on my order page, but it wasn't there. Can you imagine? I even tried speaking to someone, but they just directed me to a useless chat bot that only told me to read their return policy again. What a waste of time!

    My most recent online purchase was an absolute nightmare. I placed an order and paid extra for same-day delivery, but I didn't receive everything I ordered. When I contacted customer service, they said they could cancel my order and refund my payment, but that never actually happened. To make things worse, my card was charged multiple times for items I still haven't received. The customer service person I spoke to on Twitter was really rude, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. This experience has definitely made me not want to order from them again.

    Clothes ordered but never received

    I bought some clothes online not long ago, but it's been five weeks now and I still haven't got anything. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me that my payment was on hold because of some issue with pre-authorisation. It had already been paid through iDeal, but they said it was still held up. After waiting for ages, I decided to cancel my order. But here's the annoying part - I haven't got a refund yet because they're saying the payment never came out of my account, which isn't true at all. I've contacted them four times now - called them, sent emails, and messages, but still no money back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this retailer online after what I've been through.

    I bought these great trousers for my daughter in Germany, but they turned out to be too big. I attempted to exchange them in Utrecht, but was informed that I could only do so within the same country. The salesperson in Germany had assured me it would be no problem, so I regretted buying them. After contacting customer service via email, I was told that I could return them to any store with the receipt. So I tried, but was informed by the store that I couldn't return them because they were from a different country. Despite the products and currency being exactly the same, and the website clearly stating that returns were accepted. In the end, I had to send them back by post, but the cost was almost as much as the trousers themselves. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, which is a shame because the clothes are really cool.

    Double VAT payment

    I had a really bad time with my latest purchase because I got charged double VAT by mistake. The package wasn't declared properly even though the company is registered for VOEC. It made me think that they're keeping the VAT money for themselves instead of giving it to the tax people. It's really dodgy and dishonest behaviour, so I'd suggest steering clear of buying from this company altogether.

    I went to return something in the store, but they refused and only offered store credit! I'm not happy about it at all. Last time I had to wait for ages, and now it's happening again! They really need to fix this because I really need my money back!

    I've had a few instances where my orders have been cancelled out of the blue, even though I've been ordering stuff regularly for the last year. Customer service hasn't been much help in sorting out these problems. It's a shame really, 'cause they have a pretty good range of items to choose from.

    Oversized online order

    I made a big online order from this shop recently, but none of the stuff fitted me. The website said there was free shipping and returns, but I had to pay a huge 26 euros to send my parcel back to the UK. The customer service chatbot at Urban Outfitters wasn't helpful at all. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I had such a nightmare trying to order and return a T-shirt from this company! They sent me the wrong shirt, so I sent it back using their DHL return service. I made sure to include all the necessary details. However, after waiting for weeks, I still hadn't received the correct shirt or a refund. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they hadn't received my return. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I was told I'd get my delivery in 10 days, but it's been more than 10 days now and I still haven't received my purchase. When I contacted them, I discovered that the item was on back order - shouldn't they have told me that when I bought it? Their customer service wasn't helpful at all, just sending me automated responses and not letting me speak to a real person. Plus, the website's chat function kept messing up whenever I tried using it.

    Pioneer DJ decks

    So, I ordered these really cool DJ decks for my awesome gig, yeah? I decided to pay for the fastest delivery because I was so excited to get them. But you won't believe it - they turned up a whole two weeks late! And to make matters worse, no one even bothered to let me know when they were coming. Because of this huge mess, I ended up missing my gig. Not cool in the slightest!
