I'm a customer of winerack-plus and sadly, my experience was like many others. I ordered some items that were supposedly "in stock", but then I heard nothing and was left completely in the dark. After I finally got in touch with them, I was told there would be a delay of a few weeks. This same situation happened again, which just left me feeling frustrated and let down. I decided to change my order to something that was definitely in stock, but I'm still waiting weeks later due to problems with sending and receiving items. It's so annoying to have paid for my order and not know when, or even if, I'll get my stuff. It seems like winerack-plus, like lots of online companies these days, prefer to blame external factors like bad couriers rather than sorting out the problems themselves.

The service I received from Green Motion was absolutely fantastic. The staff were always friendly and quick to help with picking up and checking the vehicle. Plus, the shuttle bus to and from the airport was really convenient and made everything so easy. This was my second time using Green Motion, and I was really impressed once again by how great the service was and how helpful the staff were.

My recent holiday to Greece, which I booked through a travel agency, had its ups and downs. The destination, hotel, and whole experience were amazing, but there were some problems with the service provided by the agency. Last-minute flight changes messed up our plans, and the flight times were not great, making it hard to enjoy the journey. Plus, the delayed return flight was a hassle for everyone. It was a letdown that Stacey, the rep, wasn't at the welcome meeting, and her lack of communication and support at the airport when we were leaving was very disappointing.

I recently went on a catered chalet holiday with Skiworld and I thought it was alright, but not as fantastic as it has been in the past. The food was still delicious, but they have reduced the number of nights they offer dinner and the portions were smaller this year. The hosts were friendly, however, they didn't seem very informed or helpful. The rooms were not cleaned every day and there was no towel change. Overall, it was still an enjoyable holiday but not as good value as it was before.

I bought a wardrobe from this shop not long ago and, unfortunately, when it arrived the mirrors were all smashed. Luckily, everything else was fine. The ordering process on the website was really easy to follow. I just uploaded my picture, chose the size and style I wanted for the canvas print, and then went through checkout with no problems. However, when my order got delayed because of a delivery issue with the courier company, I struggled to get hold of anyone from the company which was super annoying. The phone numbers listed on the website didn't even work, and the emails I got back were no help at all, not actually dealing with the problem I was having. It took loads of attempts and ages before I finally got a response and they sorted out a replacement order for me. But when the replacement did eventually arrive, it was actually for a previous order I had already gotten, which just showed a real lack of attention to detail and customer care. Definitely left feeling pretty disappointed overall, with the lack of communication and slow resolution.

I was really disappointed with the shipping fees I got charged on my last order. The website messed up the calculations, so I ended up paying more than I should have for the return. I only sent back some of the stuff I ordered, but still had to fork out £15 for the return shipping. On top of that, I was stung for another £13 for the shipping that was meant to be free with my original order. It felt like a rip-off and I'm annoyed that their prices and rules aren't clear.
