Dress purchase
The clothing in this store is really top-notch and unique, which is why I love it. It's great to find items that not many other people have. However, my experience wasn't perfect due to the quite long shipping time of around a month. On top of that, part of my order was sent, but one item was actually out of stock. I only found this out when I emailed customer support to ask about my order. It would have been better to be told proactively about any delays or items that are out of stock. Despite these problems, I'm still happy with what I bought and will definitely shop here again.
Swimwear for Vacation
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. They said it would take up to a week to process my order before shipping, but it's been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about it. This is not on, especially because I needed the swimwear for an upcoming holiday which might be ruined because of the delay.
Bracelet, necklace, clothing
I've ordered some really lovely things like a bracelet, necklace and some stylish clothing as a wedding gift for my friend. But you won't believe it - only the bracelet and necklace turned up! The clothes seem to have disappeared into thin air and I'm starting to panic because the wedding is coming up soon. I've tried to get in touch with them but they're ignoring me completely. It's really not fair at all!
