    Do not use this company, they allow scam company to operate and sell fake products from their website and do nothing about it. I brought a scooter from Easypay via the OnBuy website and it was a fake from Chine, being sold as a British brand. I highlighted this with evidence (i even informed the real company) and OnBuy have none nothing!

    Worst place to sell your Mac. They will quote you a great price and then when they have your PC they will refuse acceptance saying you gave them wrong info or offer you less money. If they do tell you they are sending your stuff back it will wierdly go missing. (BS if you ask me!) Throw your old Mac away it'll be cheaper and less hassle.

    The supplement made granny healthier.

    Grandma was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. She was so weak and could hardly do anything on her own. We got a supplement and vitamins to keep her a bit healthy from ProHealth. It worked and she was getting little strength day by day. In the evening she goes to the garden to tend the flowers. She could now go to the toilet on her own. We bought her fruit combined with the proHealth vitamins and supplements did wonder. She looked more healthy now. Thanks to ProHealth supplement for keeping granny up on her feet. Would purchase more. Great delivery I must add that.

I don't even bother about how much it cost me. 2 years ago, I thought of making some changes to my cloth plug, then I searched the internet for where I can get the best clothes that fit my taste but I want satisfied with all I come across.     Reading the other reviews I realised that TJC must be marmite. You either love them or hate them. I have literally bought hundreds of things from them. You have to be selective and if you are you can get bargains. However if you pay £10 for a diamond ring you can't expect stunning whatever the hype! I have however bought some truly beautiful budget jewellery from them. Also I have had some good experiences with customer services but would advise against bank holidays! Two defective and two lost in post items were dealt with straight away. One overcharge took a little longer but was solved. I find buying online rather than on the TV better. On delivery, it does seem to have speed up and is generally well packaged. I would not however buy just a pair of earring with posts. Recent packaging has been inadequate resulting in squashed posts. If ordered with something slightly bigger the packaging is different. Overall I have had good experiences and found the channel very useful at the height of the pandemic both for non jewellery supplies and entertainment.

    Are there rings genuine hallmarked.

    Biketart and its employees should get an award for their work during the pandemic: good prices, excellent service and straightforward advice to keep people on two wheels and introduce a whole new cohort of people to cycling. I've just purchased an ebike from them and could not be happier with it. If your joints are creaking and knees won't cope with the hills, it is a perfect solution to keeping the joy of cycling while extending your range. I took my Merida e scultura out for the first time and after 30 miles it's battery level was still over half full. Biketart advised me each step of the way when considering and purchasing this bike - as they have done previously - and when I buy from them I do so with confidence.

    Negative - Mixed feelings about this company. The product itself is pretty good and the price is reasonable but..

    - both boxes arrived and were placed upside down in the garden by the delivery company. The big 'this side up' arrows were clearly visible yet ignored.

    - One of the nuts and bolts packets inside the box was open so the bolts were rattling around loose in the box.

    - Numerous parts of this set arrived rusty and damaged and the company's response is that I have to wait until June to get the replacement parts.

    So as things stand I have paid a large amount of money for an item that has arrived damaged (bent bar, rusty metal parts and damaged rattan weave) and I now am expected to wait another 3 months for the replacement parts.

    Unacceptable.

    Positive. I left the previous review and the issue has now been sorted so I feel much happier about the customer service thank you. I can't delete the review however so am leaving this one also.

    I'm pleased to say they are a genuine business, with a pretty sizable guide of products. My first purchase was a 10KG kettlebell which had the best price that I could find for any similar products, on any other website.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM - I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR OPTION
    Like so many of the other reviewers on here, I have also been scammed by Shaw Academy.

    They entice you with a free trial and then make it virtually impossible to cancel, and will harass you with emails, texts, Whatsapp's, and anything else they can contact you on.

    Furthermore, they use a deceitful and underhanded system to charge you even more. They have a one-click payment system, which means that curiously clicking on a "toolkit", for example, will IMMEDIATELY, charge you £39.95 which they will refuse to refund. One click and your money is gone.

    Upon realising I had been scammed, I contacted my bank and Shaw Academy directly. Shaw Academy was awful at replying to emails and when they did, they mainly just tried to make me purchase more! I asked numerous times for a refund and to cancel my account - these requests were repeatedly ignored.

    FINALLY, I received my refund and written confirmation that my account had been cancelled, with no further charges:
    "As per your request, we have now cancelled your membership.
    Please be assured that you will not be charged for your membership until you reactivate."
    It turned out this was a LIE! Whilst looking through my bank statements the next month, I saw that they had charged me £39.95 again! Here starts the battle again!

    Looking on here and other review sites, I can see that so many people have fallen for the same scam as me. I don't understand how they haven't been shut down yet.

    ***UPDATE*** Since writing this review, I have realised that the second charge was my bank taking back their refund after Shaw Academy eventually refunded me too. I can't find a way to edit on here so please disregard that part of my review. However, for the other reasons outlined, 1 star is still too generous. I would advise to stay away from SA at all costs.

    I applied and was accepted and had there standard statements saying no upfront fees and the card number was only for a security check so I only left £5 in the account well they tried to take £40.10 so I have sent screen shots of all there statements and the attempt to take money to the financial services commision and to Google fraud dept ...Bastards wont get away with it

    I love taking pictures with my smartphone, but I really wanted to excel my knowledge in smartphone photography. I have attended 2 classes so far, but they are immensely informative. During the first 2 classes I attended I understood smartphone camera hardware specifications and different terminologies related to smartphone camera. I look forward to complete my course, and in future would love to enroll for a new course.

    During this lockdown period, one needs to be busy in order to maintain sanity. What better way then, to stay busy by indulging in learning something new. That's what I did. And since Shawacademy has magnanimously offered a free course in photography, I jumped at it. I have attended one class so far and am keen on completing the course. There's lots to learn, and practice. My husband has a Sony DSLR (though he is an amateur photographer), I intend to use it too.

    I'm taking up Sports Nutrition class. The class is very informative. Lessons are explained well and in a concise manner. Plus, visuals are great and really help you to understand the topic given the short amount of time. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. Looking forward to more lessons in the future!

    The webinar was very good, simple and to the point which suits my needs perfectly. First time to study about graphic design and the lecturers way of teaching is clear and easy to understand.

    To be honest, I never knew cryptocurency lessons would be as intriguing as it is.
    The first class I had was a thorough eye opener and for the most part, I was very well able to comprehend those technical terms with ease.

    Web Designer Course - Novice!
    This is the first time I have used Shaw Academy introduced by a free 4 week trial and then will decide if I wish to continue with the learning. At the moment just completed 2 lessons and was very surprised and impressed by the way the class was run. It certainly felt I was genuinely in the class room and Kate (the tutor) was very good. Kate conducted the class in very calm and professional manner and is extremely passionate about learning with a likeable personality! She is very encouraging and for someone like myself who is complete novice to Web Design this does help and motivate you to continue with the lessons. Her motto is:- 'Do not give up!'

    I just finished my third class in personal beauty. I have attended modeling school and have written for cosmetic/beauty websites for years, but I am a bit surprised at just how much information has been crammed into three classes! The extra materials made available are enormously helpful. I am happier than I thought I would be and greatly look forward to the rest of my classes!

    Actually is a very good platform. I just have one problem with it, and it's that just to give you a reminder that you have class it fires you a bunch of notifications from the app, to the email, through SMS, and the last time I even received a phone call to remind me that I had a class which I was already in, but in the perspective of the content of the class and the platform it's really great.

    Diversity of knowledge. Instructors are really genuine and kind. Good price for value of education. Truly a platform to invest in yourself for now and for the future.

    I was curious about how 4 weeks classes would make a different in my career so I gave it a try. After the first class I was impressed how organise and efficient it was from content delivery, solving questions instantly using the side bar Morpheus to digital reminder. It takes no hassle to learn something I really wanted to. Definitely a great platform to upgrade yourself.

    So far my experience with Shaw Academy has been very educational and fun. Interestingly enough, the discussion and the way the information is given does keep you engaged throughout the entire session. So far I am very pleased and can’t wait to see what happens next.

    I am enjoying the lessons so far. I think it would arm me with the knowledge I need to excel as a great photographer. I love landscape photography and I hope to finish the lesson.

    Really enjoying the courses, Leadership &Management, Cryptocurrency and Project Management so far in progress. All the lesson recordings and materials are really helpful.
    What is less enjoyable is the sheer number of emails that Shaw send - its overkill!
    Email reminders ahead of the lessons are really helpful, however the commercial plug emails are really too much as are the pop ups on the portal. Less is more please!
    Other than that, really enjoying learning again, its been a while since I took lecture notes etc!

    I have been taking the project management course as a refresher course for myself as I am entering a job market in a new place. I was initially a bit skeptical about this course because it is not focused on my subject matter, but honestly I realized that the way it is taught is based on concepts and key words in a way which can be easily be applied in one's own field. Further, I missed a class today and I got a call, email and sms reminder to reschedule! It's honestly really nice - really feels like Shaw Academy peeps have my back :) thank you so much for this opportunity, if it was not for free I would never have been able to do this course.     Classes are OK but I found them sometimes a bit boring, I get distracted very easily and sometimes I fell the course I'm taking doesn't really catch me. Also the gigantic amount of emails and messages you get becomes somewhat annoying.

    It was a good introductory course for online marketing. It was a good way to acquaint myself with some basic marketing terms. However, it is a lot of material to be introduced to right off the bat. Also, I would have appreciated some advice for people on a very low (or non-existent) marketing budget.

    Had a lovely time, hadn't been in a while and the customer service lot made it very smooth. Had a few issues with airport pickup and the booking of some extras at the resort but they were quick with resolution. Really felt look after, I'll be booking with them again if we go skiing again.

    Dont trust this company. They will take your money, but wont refund it if anything goes wrong.
    You have been warned.

    Took my booking and money just fine, then they had to cancel everything due to coronavirus crisis and now won't refund but instead have given me a voucher. to use against a future holiday - it isn't transferable so if I can't go they get to keep our money!!! What a way to treat customers in a time of massive upheaval, will not use again. Disgusting AND illegal.

    Customers beware, avoid sending parcels with this company at all cost. I recently sent a straightforward parcel from the UK to Barbados and needed it there by a certain time. So I therefore paid additional for guaranteed deliveryAnd chose FedEx as the carrier. The parcel was collected by FedEx and then went on its way arriving in the US 3 days later where it has stayed for the last five days. FedEx will not speak to me in relation to my parcel after several attempts made due to it being booked through parcel to go and continuously direct me to speak to parcel to go myself to obtain any information. I have subsequently found out that parcel to go do not take calls and have no advertised telephone number. The only way to contact them is via email or online chat of which I have done both on several occasions only to be told they cannot assist me other than to raise an enquiry with the courier and this can take up to 14 days. I have explained to them the urgency hence the reason for paying for the guaranteed delivery service and requested they authorise FedEx to speak to me directly but they have point blank refused to do this and told me I will just have to wait the 14 days. The worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again as I now have to purchase the contents of my parcel again and spend even more money as I do not have the luxury of waiting 14 days to find out why my parcel is delayed.

I've been impressed as it's always been done fast and securely, saving me a lot of money I would have otherwise lost to currency exchange fees and poor conversion rates from banks - saving money is earning money!     Awful company to deal with: Poor communication, mis-information, delivered the wrong item, and its taken getting our credit card company involved before finally getting our money back.

    We ordered a dining room set off the Choice Furniture Store website taking advantage of an offer that was on at the time, and paid our deposit on our credit card. We had been told that it would take about a month before the item was in stock.

    After two months of chasing them for updates, we were eventually told that they had our table and two of the four dining chairs in stock but were awaiting the final two. We decided to get them to deliver what they had and paid an additional amount to cover the part order but withheld the final balance while the other chairs were outstanding.

    When the item arrived, there were no chairs delivered and it wasn’t the table we had ordered.

    After contacting their customer services, we were asked to give them 24 hours to look into what had gone wrong, and locate our items. Having heard nothing, we again had to chase them for an answer. After speaking to several members of staff and getting different answers, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I gave them available dates to collect the incorrect table, with each being dismissed by them as being unsuitable.

    After a week of telephone calls and emails and feeling like we were getting nowhere, we contacted our credit card company to seek assistance with getting our refund, which has finally been issued by CFS and eventually the wrong table has been collected.

    A great network. I moved from GiffGaff because they offer a huge amount of data for a great price and because my signal used to be unreliable. Voxi's coverage seems to be more consistent as I don't experience grey areas when travelling on trains etc anymore.

    The customer service team has been fine for me, I've only messaged them once but they gave a quick and helpful response. It was fairly simple to activate the sim and move over my number.

    Roaming also works smoothly - I've used it in Spain recently and my 4G was working as normal from the moment I landed, and at no extra cost.

    A very mixed experience

    I inadvertently placed an order for two shirts, which is entirely my fault but I found myself with no way of contacted them to rectify.

    Numerous attempts to phone the helpline were ignored, I made calls across several days and at varying times but got no response. Emails were ignored and have heard nothing over a week later.

    On the plus side, I do have to acknowledge that the items I had ordered arrived at my doorstep within 3 days and they looked great. No complaints at all about the items themselves and I'm simply selling one on.

    However, getting in contact with them with any kind of concern or query is impossible.

    Having ordered two Nancy chairs whilst I only meant to order one. Perch delivered me both a few days later. After checking my order I noticed it was my mistake but without hesitation they took the chair I ordered double back and I received a refund for that chair the next day.
