Poor tool that is not up to the capability of doing everyday garden jobs. Spoke to Vidaxl and they do not wish to put right .They offer me a replacement after I was told I would get a full refund on return of the item,they have now back tracked on this refund.I have had countless conversations with them via email and they will not recognize their promise of the refund they offered.Any one reading this I would not buy anything from this company.The product I bought was of poor quality and not up to doing the workShoe cabinet
It's my first week in UK. I bought a shoe cabinet in vidaXL. All the things need to assemble myself. Thanks GOD the rack is easy to assemble for a girl. And it's easy to clean with damp cloth.
It's free delivery. Shipment nearly a week ?? can't remember the exact time.

I ordered an outdoor rug costing £57. I receieved a rug approximately 10 days later however, it was not the rug i had ordered. I notified the company who explained i would need to repack the rug for collection, i could chose a day for collection although they were unable to specify a time so i would need to wait in all day. The resent the rug. When my parcel arrived, this time it contained a tool box, again im told it was a 'picking error at the warehouse'. I now have to repack and wait in all day for a collection. So 6 weeks later i have paid for a rug i did not receieve and have had to wait in all day on two occasions for the incorrect item to be collected.

Worse purchase I've ever made..what I heap of ... and a heap is what it now is as it collapsed before if was half built.
Parts of poor quality instructions worse and had to replace rivets as ones in the product were loose.
Roof didn't fit at all and getting no help from emailing them.
£570+ wasted.
Avoid this company they sell cheap Chinese ... and don't waste your money.
Wooden garden folding table
Product arrived with a cracked top. They send a replacement quickly but after a week the table leg cracked. I've been offered another replacement or £15! After sales service is rubbish. I'm entitled to a fu refund . Will never shop with them again. Product is soft wood rubbish but not at a value for money price.

Purchased this pool on what appears a uk website and paid pounds for the pool. Annoyingly when it arrived after a week and after spending a day building the pool I found out that the sand filter has a European rcd plug on it. So this must be a European imported product. Called Bestway and they said as it was imported it will have no uk warranty. Tried to discuss with Vida but have got nowhere. They should not sell European products which are not compatible with UK sockets.

Only part of my order arrived after two weeks of wait. There were no screws, no bolts, no washers, no instruction for self-assembly! Customer service was very unhelpful and unfriendly. The refund was refused. I was told to wait for their email reply as to whether they will send me the missing items and if yes, how long that will take! Avoid this company!

My 1st and last order from this company Arrived damaged every piece of high gloss black is chipped to reveal the chipboard.
First reported it in customer service chat was told somone would email me - never did
2nd reported it damaged via Web site and got reply asking for order no, how I paid , when did I order it, my address and so.
Then to that reply I got please send photos of damage using link...... A link that didn't work even though it was only 2 hours old.
So sent photos in email... While I'm waiting for the reply I'll open a claim with PayPalIntex inflatable excursion pro kayak
2 seater inflatable kayak. Was 175 euro on Amazon.co.uk last year when I purchased it- VidaXL quoting 738 euro today. Shocking price gouging.

a planter arrived damaged, it happens, no big deal. The customer service is impossible to contact by phone, many dropped calls after long waits. The chat is slow and frustrating, being ignored and then dropped from chat! one failed pickup, we were here they just didn't ring, and a second no show for a pick up. still waiting a refund and the broken items still waiting to be picked up. Just pray you don't have an issue with an order.

We have built it to your instructions and firstly the window in the roof won't open as it does it falls out
Today 3rd May 2021 all the windows have blown out and the seedlings and plants I have purchased to put in the greenhouse are now in my dining room , its ridiculous. Your sales pitch says strong and secure thats not true .we need something doing its not on with whats happened and its not even bad rough weather yet I hope to hear from your company within the weekDid you get anywhere with this complaint? I bought a polycarbonate greenhouse from VIDALXL and it’s the worst product I have EVER bought! Totally false discription.
Here is what they said against reality of what I found.
This spacious greenhouse has a total ground surface of 3.94 m². It can accommodate a considerable number of plants and will be a great solution for protecting your plants from cold weather.
Spacious maybe but if your over 4 foot 6 inches your head will be through the roof.
The greenhouse is made of PC board, which is transparent and easy for you to observe the growth of plants.
Translucent at best not transparent.
The conservatory has sturdy and maintenance-free aluminum construction for extra stability.
Flimsy contruction with little stability, PC Boards ... out at a whisper of a wind.
The roof vent ensures optimal ventilation on hot days.
Roof vent does not fit and will ... away.
Roof panels are fixed with metal clips, ensuring durability and long-term use.
No durability, lucky to last for a week.
Please note the roof of this greenhouse cannot withstand heavy snowfall.
Be lucky to withstand 6 snowballs.

Dachshund garden seat arrived in terrible state cracked from head to tail literally.... dangerous unfit to sit upon as would literally break if any weight was applied... not good for a seat! Customer service worst ever experienced... very disappointing... the seat cost 172 and refund withheld until they arrange for it to be collected... seriously?

I have ordered a bed on the 17-th of December. The following day I received an invoice with Track and Trace link that stated that my order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Since then the status of my order has not changed. Customer Service was very unhelpful in tracking my order; and now that I am asking for my money back, VidaXL is REFUSING to give me a refund, saying that I should wait for the delivery, refuse it and then they will refund my payment! The point is, the delivery is NOT COMING!!!
My son is having the same issue. Order placed, money taken, tracking number received but nothing. Have tried Customer Service and got absolutely no where. Now it looks like theres no way for him to get his money back.
They told me the same thing when I tried to cancel my order because it was getting sent to the wrong address. How can I refuse delivery when it's going to an address I'm no longer at.
Bedroom furniture
Ordered chest of draws, book shelf and a desk. They arrived damaged, packaging was damaged and when assembled the quality was a lot substandard than the photos on their site. They offered a 10% refund of value or a full refund by returning to Netherlands at my own cost! Was well annoyed. Lost my money and stuck with cheap damaged furniture. Not a bargain furniture site, overpriced cheap furniture site!
