Customized engagement ring
With the product Vrai delivered to me at the end of the day, I could say the momey spent was justified. I needed an engagement ring for the obvious reason, after being in a relationship with her for over 4 years. Such a ring should be nothing short of original and preferably custom-designed. I'm happy I contacted Vrai to make nice ring for me. And of course, the good thing is that the company creatively designed the products, finished it to the highest level and packaged it the best way and delivered. I give kudos to them for that. Of course my fiancee happened to like the ring so much as our engagement was successful.
Two Sparkly Earrings
I bought two earrings from this shop recently and I have to say, I absolutely love them! They are stylish, sparkly, and always get lots of compliments whenever I wear them. Yes, the prices are a bit higher, but I think it's worth it for the unique designs. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely come back here for more in the future.
Ring fell apart twice
So, you know what happened? I bought this ring and guess what? The diamond fell out not once, but twice! Can you believe it? When I got in touch with them, they actually blamed me for it! Can you imagine? How rude! I'm so let down by their customer service, like seriously, what is that all about? And now they're telling me to come back in January because it's their busiest season? Ugh, just steer clear of this company, seriously.
Diamond band purchase
I bought a diamond band for my daughter from this shop recently. Sadly, we've had problems with diamonds falling out twice now. Even though we have store insurance, they still charged us each time for the repairs. The customer service we got was really bad, they said the issue wasn't because of their work quality. I just want to warn others to be careful before buying anything from there.
£800 ring, 5 months, faulty diamond
The ring I got from that shop was an absolute disaster, costing me £800. Just 5 months later, the diamond started getting caught on my clothes, so I reached out to them for some help. Would you believe it, they had the nerve to claim nothing was wrong with it! Lo and behold, the very next day, the diamond falls out and I had to frantically search for it on the floor. Since then, it's been a complete nightmare trying to get any help from them.
Perennial stud earrings
I had a similar experience with another company while trying to buy a pair of earrings, and it was a complete nightmare. The lack of communication and consistency in terms of stock availability was so frustrating. It made me lose trust in the company and wasted a lot of my time trying to get the product. It's really disappointing when a brand doesn't keep its promises and makes loyal customers feel unappreciated. The whole experience was awful, so I would advise others to be careful when thinking about buying from Vrai.
Earrings purchase
I had a bit of a bad start with some earrings I bought, and things only got worse when I tried to return them. After waiting ages for a response on how to send them back, I finally did what they said and sent the earrings off. They told me it would take 10 working days to sort out the return and then another 7 days for the money to come back to me. But it's been way longer than that now, and I still haven't got my refund. I've had apologies and excuses, but when I tried to get in touch again or even get a phone call, it's been total silence. So, I really wouldn't recommend buying anything from this seller.
Engagement ring and wedding band in rose gold
Well, me and the missus were on the hunt for a sparkly ring and band to make her finger look all fancy, you know? Found the perfect match at this posh place with a fancy name. But blimey, when the rings turned up, they were pinker than Peppa Pig on a rollercoaster! It was like a Barbie party on her hand. Tried to send them back, but they basically said tough luck and made us pay extra for the return. I was fuming, mate! And when they finally refunded us, they took back the $75 apology money they gave us, which is just plain rude, if you ask me!
