Furniture set
The customer service I got when ordering my furniture set was absolutely brilliant. Liselle, the staff member, was so helpful and really efficient the whole time. She made sure to answer all my questions and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have to say, Liselle really deserves a big bonus for her amazing service. The ordering process was really easy and stress-free, all thanks to her.
Dress purchase
I bought a dress from Warehouse online, but when it arrived, there was a mix-up with the label, so they sent me the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service about it, and I have to say, the person I spoke to, Renzo, was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. He gave me a free return label and arranged for a new dress to be sent to me right away. I was really impressed with the help I got and was glad the issue was resolved so fast.
Refund for a returned item
I've just had a bit of a problem with a refund for something I sent back, but I got in touch with customer service and Dave sorted it out quickly. I'm really grateful for the helpful and quick service I got. Even though the dress I sent back didn't look right on me, I managed to find some other really nice clothes on the website.
Return issues
Hey, I bought something from this shop, but when I tried to return it, they refused to give me a refund! They said I had to wait for over 2 months, and each time I inquired, they just set a new deadline for me to wait. I waited beyond their deadlines three times already and still no sign of my money back. It's really frustrating!
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from Warehouse recently and I've got to say, I was really disappointed with what I received. The quality just isn't what it used to be - it feels like it's all coming from the same place as a well-known online retailer. Despite that, the prices are still pretty high. The clothing even looks cheap and badly made, right down to the labels. On top of that, the website doesn't give you all the info you need about the clothes, like the model's height, which made it hard to know the right size to pick. All in all, I wasn't happy with my order and I really hope Warehouse steps up their game in the future.

I needed to travel to Dallas and needed ankle boots and a jacket. However, I have pending tasks I needed to sort out. After series of thought, I decided to get the ankle boot and jacket from Warehouse, hoping it gets to me before I travelled. I got my package a few days after I made the order and on time for my trip. It was exactly what I wanted and the price was affordable too. I am very satisfied shopping with Warehouse and I will be shopping from them again whenever I need to buy any product that they sell. I recommend warehouse to anyone who wants to buy fashion wears and accessories.
