    I took something back to Warehouse, but it ended up getting lost on its way back. Luckily, when I reached out to Warehouse to explain what happened, a brilliant employee called Catherine got in touch with me quickly and sorted out a refund straight away. I was really happy with how smoothly and quickly everything was dealt with. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service!

    My hoodie and joggers purchase

    I bought this really adorable hoodie and some joggers from Warehouse, but when they arrived they were far too big for me. I sent them back, and that's when all the problems started. I've been waiting and waiting for my refund, but it still hasn't arrived. Every time I contact customer service, they keep telling me that it will take a bit longer. It's been well over a month now and I still haven't received my money back! To make matters worse, I can't even log into my account to see what's going on. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing!

    I had to send back a dress I bought because it didn't fit me properly. Luckily, the return went smoothly and I got a speedy response. Ansa was really helpful and made sure I got a quick reply. All in all, I'm happy with the customer service and can't wait to do more shopping in the future.

    Refund for a returned item

    I've just had a bit of a problem with a refund for something I sent back, but I got in touch with customer service and Dave sorted it out quickly. I'm really grateful for the helpful and quick service I got. Even though the dress I sent back didn't look right on me, I managed to find some other really nice clothes on the website.

    Hey, I bought something from this shop, but when I tried to return it, they refused to give me a refund! They said I had to wait for over 2 months, and each time I inquired, they just set a new deadline for me to wait. I waited beyond their deadlines three times already and still no sign of my money back. It's really frustrating!

    Recent clothing purchase

    I bought some clothes from Warehouse recently and I've got to say, I was really disappointed with what I received. The quality just isn't what it used to be - it feels like it's all coming from the same place as a well-known online retailer. Despite that, the prices are still pretty high. The clothing even looks cheap and badly made, right down to the labels. On top of that, the website doesn't give you all the info you need about the clothes, like the model's height, which made it hard to know the right size to pick. All in all, I wasn't happy with my order and I really hope Warehouse steps up their game in the future.
